The spacious dining and living room with an open kitchen forms the house's natural gathering point, where the wood-burning stove provides warmth and atmosphere on chilly days. The house is heated with a wood-burning stove and heat pump. The annex includes an electric radiator. Please note that electricity is charged at DKK 3 per kWh. Meter readings are taken upon arrival and departure.

This beautiful black wooden house, measuring 82 m² plus a loft and an outdoor sauna, dates from 2019 and is located on a wooded natural plot 400 meters from the water at Fjellerup Beach on Djursland. The heart of the house is the large bright living room, where the kitchen and living room merge together by the fine wood-burning stove. The house has a bedroom with a double bed as well as a bunk bed. The large bright loft has another double bed. The house is only 15 min drive from Djurs Sommerland and Lübker Golf and Spa. It takes about 1 hour to drive to Aarhus.
