A simple small but functional 40 m2 house with an undisturbed location, in the middle of the harbor and the city. West facing covered 20 m2 terrace. Open kitchen, 2 induction plates. The fridge is in the shed in connection with the terrace. Dining/Living room with wood-burning stove, electric heating, 2 bedrooms with single beds, double bed in the living room, toilet with sink, there is only outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Weber gas grill. TV with cromecast, wireless internet, DAB radio, duvets, bed linen, etc.

Summer house - undisturbed plot and beach not far.

Small, 42 sqm, summer house with beds for 6-7, but best suitable for 4-5 people. Located on an undisturbed plot on a blind road, 550 meters from a nice and children friendly beach. The large and private lawn in front of the house is excellent for playing games, dining and relaxation. Not a luxurious accomodation, though TV w/chromecast, WIFI (from april to september) and at the same time it is cosy and private. For 2019 season: New madrasses, new wooden floor, bathroom upgrade, more sunbeds.

Rich wildlife and secluded location. The large TV invites for movie night, the terrace invites for dinner in the open air, and the surroundings invite you to contemplate and presence. New in 2024 - covered terrace with direct views of the fields and good shelter. Short distance to forest, golf course, city and beach.

First parquet to Kattegat

Delicious and secluded, but above all, a cozy summerhouse with only 80 meters to one of Denmark's finest beaches. The house is 64 sqm divided on two levels. Outside there are two terraces and a grass area with the most beautiful view of the sea and forest. 15 min walk from a cozy marina with restaurants and ice cream stalls. Small 4 km to Grenaa city center which has a nice selection of cafes and restaurants and cultural experiences.

Strandgården - an oasis in Djursland

About 8 km from Grenå in beautiful surroundings you drive up Linde Alléen and are met by various animals. Through the gate, you enter an enclosed courtyard with paradise apple trees and maybe a few peacocks. It is about 1000m to Karlby and Sangstrup cliffs and the sea, where there is a cozy and atmospheric small fishing bay with tables and barbecue space. It is an excellent fishing and diving area.

Charming cottage with large wooden terrace in the forest and close to the fjord and sea, the view here can be enjoyed from the house. Enjoy the silence, the cozy decor and experience a beautiful nature. remember to bring bed linen and towels as well as tea towels. Please note as guests must clean the house before departure.

Nice holiday home with multiple sleeping arrangements. Two rooms with double beds, one room with bunk beds, optionally an alcove in the living room with room for 2 people as well. The house has an EV charging outlet outside - 13 A 230 V, bring your own granny cable :)
