The house is located in scenic surroundings on a closed road and therefore here is peace and quiet. In the winter months there is a view to the sea located 400m from the house. There are good nature trails along the coast and in the forest. The house is located by the nature park Mols Bjerge and close to Rønde town with good shopping and dining. Der is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchenette and a living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. There are two covered terraces.

Lovely cottage built in 2014. The house is well equipped and set up to make guests feel at home. The house is located in a relatively new neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. From the living room you have a view of a beautiful meadow, where you are lucky to see everything from buzzards to crown game. Gjerrild Nordstrand is known for the lovely beach. The holiday home has a washing machine. Dryer. It is 900 meters to the sea. Swing. Soccer goal. BBQ. Bring sheets, linens, towels. Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited

Lovely newer luxury vacation home

Nice cottage located directly at Lübker Golf Resort overlooking the golf course. The golf course is every year since the opening in 2008 rated as one of the absolute best in DK and was designed by Robert Trent Jones II. The summerhouse is close to Lübker Square, where there is access at a 50% discount for fitness, spa, swimming pool and wellness. Close to lovely Ebletoft, the city of smiles in Aarhus, a stone's throw from Djurs Sommerland and close to Randers Rainforest, Ree Park, Scandinavian Zoo etc.

Duplex Wooden House

The house is part of a 3 longed country estate without animals, but separately. Forest, lake and beach within walking distance. Gjerrild N. Strand is child-friendly, wide sandy beach and blue flag. We are located 3 km from Gjerrild town, where there is a grocery store with a large selection, 14 from Grenå, 19 km from Djurs Sommerland, Bønnerup harbour approx. Heat source is air to air, there is a small dishwasher, coffee maker and washing machine and otherwise what should be in a kitchen of utensils.

The serene water reflects a palette of purples and blues in the evening sky. A gentle shoreline is visible, surrounded by lush grasses, creating a tranquil natural setting. The calm surface of the water contributes to the peaceful ambiance.

Her er brændeovn, der spreder varme og lys. Dejlig lukket have! Vi elsker vores sommerhus, som har en masse børnelegetøj og hyggeDerfor ønsker vi nu at leje det ud til andre søde familier.

In our mini forest you can make bonfires and build caves. Costs for electricity and district heating are settled at the address. We've made it easy for you to note your usage. Cottage by the forest and close to the beach

It has peace - no traffic noise or street lamps at night. Large plot with a view to the fjord, and the possibility of pleasant walks along the beach or in Sødringholm Skoven. Good internet connection as well as satellite with German TV channels. Pets are allowed, but we ask that the pets brought not stay in furniture or beds.
