House vacation rentals in Nontron

Lovely home and perfect for the four of us. Very close to town and very quiet. Easy access to wonderful restaurants. The check in was great and cannot thank them for also taking my niece to Station as we had to leave before her. Parking is not for feint hearted but good. If you cannot face the reverse then easy to park on road heading out towards station. Would stay again. Thanks

Great recommendations for Chateau's, Restaurants and things to do. We had 8 nights and could have easily had 8 more and still not seen a fraction of what the area has to offer. Very private and quiet location. I would give Caroline's beautiful Gite 6 stars if able

Honestly one of the most spectacular places I have ever stayed at we didn’t want to leave! Absolutely gorgeous and serene. There is a calmness to the area and everything in the house made it so easy. Our family had a magical time here and Jil was incredible. So helpful and kind. It was like visiting and staying at an old friend’s. The town was beautiful with very friendly people. Jil and Thomas have thought of everything you might need to the stereo system outside to the bbq and electric shutters for a perfect night sleep. We can’t wait to come back again and make it a tradition to stay here! 😍

Une très belle maison decoree avec beaucoup de goût, dans un superbe cadre. Nous avons pu apprécier le confort de la maison lors de quelques journées pluvieuses mais également du magnifique jardin et de la terrasse par temps ensoleillé. De nombreuses visites sont accessibles à proximité. Les hôtes sont acceuilants et réactifs.

From the moment we opened the door of our car, we fell in love. The house is very charming and surroundings absolutely beautiful. Very peaceful and relaxing. Our son loved the wildlife and was constantly on the lookout for new bugs, birds, and lizards. The loirs was no doubt his favorites. Our daughter spent a lot of time in the pool, which was bigger than expected and very nice. We had parents and inlaws coming to visit, a total of 8 at the most. We were very comfortable in the house, if you needed some time alone there was always possible to find a quiet spot inside or outside. We found it as a good base for daytrips in the region, there is a lot to see and do, but need a car. We have been to many places around the world, having an international family, and it is the first time we have been really sad to leave. (Even the kids that was looking forward to Disneyland). Abigail has been a great host, quick replies and very helpful. Many thanks again for letting us live in in your beautiful house.

A gorgeous old stone house with chic updates. We only used 3 bedrooms and they were all comfortable with modern baths. Many places to gather, especially outside. The living room was lovely and welcoming. The farnhouse kitchen was very well supplied. The pool house was to die for and we had cocktails and even dinner there one evening. The views! Gorgeous, with castles and hot air balloons. The hosts live on site and were delightful when we ran across them but very discreet. It definitely felt like “our” property. Nothing negative to say, and we were blessed with fabulous weather! It’s in the heart of the must see towns along the Dordogne, with many restaurants and sights within 5-10 minutes. Notre séjour à Monfort a été extrèmement agréable. Quel bonheur de boire son café dans le jardin le matin face au château de Monfort. Certes le logement se trouve juste à coté de la route (donc si vous voulez du silence totale ce ne sera pas le cas) mais la vue et les environs font de ce logement un endroit tout à fait exceptionnel, ce qui en fait oublier ce petit désagrément. Morgane a été une hôte charmante et tout à fait à l'écoute. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour une pause hors du temps. Merci pour tout!

Je n’ai pas grand chose à dire mais si je devais résumer en un mot je dirais Parfait !!! Je recommande à 100% . Pour le logement très cosy et de très bon goût !! Et pour l’accueil très chaleureux et réactif !! Si nous passons dans le coin on sait déjà où loger !! Merci beaucoup ☺️

We had the best week in this beautiful house. The outlook and the facilities were perfect and Lili was a fantastic host. Would recommend.

Evan Et Jennifer’s was a charming refurbished chalet that was very modern. It had everything you could want , especially in the kitchen and bathroom. There was a beautiful loft bedroom and nice living room. It was very spotless and tidy. The bucolic surroundings made for a peaceful stay. It was very central to many of the prehistoric caves we visited.

The best lodging we've had on this month long trip to France. Beautifully and comfortably decorated, private but close to all the things, the best sleep I've had in years, wonderfully appointed kitchen. Heads up that there is a washer but no dryer, but we managed fine with the very large drying rack provided. Would not hesitate to recommend, I wish I had spent more of my time here.

Wij hebben het fantastisch gehad in deze ruime en sfeervolle boerderijwoning. Een geweldige locatie, heerlijk rustig en mooi gelegen. Genoten van de vogels en vlinders in de grote tuin. Echt een ideale plek om tot rust te komen. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Anne, een ontzettend leuke en vriendelijke gastvrouw. Je voelt je hier meer dan welkom. Als het aan ons ligt komen we graag nog eens terug.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche im Périgord verbracht. Unsere Unterkunft war super und die Gastgeberin immer zur Stelle, hilfreich und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen unbedingt wieder. Die Wohnung, der Ausblick und die nette Vermieterin waren perfekt. Vielen Dank und a bientôt

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Virginie et Fred. Un très chouette accueil, des hôtes aux petits soins tout en étant très discrets. Un véritable havre de paix où nous nous sommes ressourcés en famille. Les enfants ont particulièrement profité du magnifique jardin et du poulailler. L'occasion pour nous de découvrir la Corrèze dans de magnifiques conditions. Merci à toute cette charmante famille.

Logement agréable dans lequel rien ne manque . Superbe vue sur la vallée de la terrasse. L'hôte est très réactif. La piscine est un petit plus en période de forte chaleur. L'accessibilité au logement est un peu compliqué mais c'est le prix à payer pour la vue et la tranquillité

Ein sehr schönes kleines Häuschen mitten in Montignac. Wir hatten selten ein so schönes AirBnB. Florie hat uns super informiert und war gut erreichbar. Dieses Häuschen lohnt einen Besuch.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez David et son épouse. Ça a été dur de partir ! Pour des jeunes parents, nous avons trouvé exactement ce que nous voulions : un lieu magnifique pour profiter avec nos enfants mais aussi en amoureux lors des siestes et du coucher. Les enfants ont adoré, il y a des jouets pour eux ce qui est trop rare ! Nous espérons revenir !

Marie-Laure est une hôte charmante avec laquelle il est facile de communiquer. Des petites attentions nous attendent à notre arrivée ce qui est très appréciable. Le logement est dans un coin très paisible où il est appréciable de se trouver. Le logement est agréable et fonctionnel. Je recommande.
