The house is just as described in the listing. We were three families, 12 people in total, with children between 2-9 years old and they had a phenomenal time, the house is super comfortable for families. The communication with the host is great, anything we needed or questions we had was resolved.

Carlos was a joyful and attentive host. A nice clean house, everything as seen in the photos and described in the listing. We, 3 friends over 70 years old, were in Somo for a week for hiking and had a great time here. There is a bus line that stops in Somo several times a day and runs in both directions. Thanks, Carlos.

Gabriel was very attentive the day before arrival in case we had any questions. Upon arrival Gabriel was waiting for us outside the house and as soon as we arrived, both the father and Gabriel gave us a warm welcome. They were especially kind to both us and the children. They showed us both the inside of the house and the garden outside, and parking for the car inside the house grounds. The house was very clean, it has small details that make it special, such as a cinema screen in the living room, colored LED lights in one of the rooms, with a TV in both. Both the rooms and the kitchen are very complete (they offer water and coca colas in the refrigerator as a welcome, nice touch). A very quiet area, with little traffic and some horses very close by. We had to move the trip up one day, 2 days before check-in, and Gabriel and his father made it easy for us to make the change. Thank you for your stay!

Alberto charming made our stay something wonderful,attentive, close,kind......The house is very comfortable ,we were two families a total of ten people and super well ,the house is very well located, Cabareno, descent,an endless number of places to see. I would definitely choose this accommodation,I always look at the reviews a lot and if you doubt do not think about it, there is no lack of detail ,shampoo and gel in the two bathrooms, toilet paper with plenty of heating to our liking ,everything you need in the kitchen and for our adolescents a land glued to the house for their balloon. I have a pleasure without any doubt,being a happy week and being very quiet. Return a pleasure of accommodation and family.

Olga's house is amazing. We spent a weekend with 2 families (9 people) with 2 dogs and I can only praise the place, the kindness and attention of Olga at all times. The house's countryside and the barbecue area with its open cabin to eat under cover are worth mentioning (we barbecued and spent a very pleasant afternoon). The huge playground... indescribable... we spent hours in the morning, afternoon and evening (games of foosball, ping pong, air hockey table, darts, Atari, ... and even my daughters learned to play American pool), an area that gives an extra plus to the house. Closed garage for 2/3 cars makes access super easy. The area is very nice, with pedestrian paths for walking and close to many places of interest. The treatment that Olga has given us has been endearing and I don't want to leave the Food Truck that is next to the house and that her son, daughter-in-law and Olga run... spectacular place, service and food. Be sure to visit it. "THANK YOU OLGA"

Our stay in the apartment was perfect. The apartment is very clean and has everything. It's very cozy and you appreciate the details like salt and oil, the essentials for cooking. The views of the terrace are the best. We were with two small children and were very comfortable. We'll be back for sure if we have a chance to come back.

Manuel's house was cozy, everything was clean and made a very satisfactory first impression, the area is spectacular, the beach is very close, places of interest and very well connected, whenever we travel the purpose is to disconnect and relax without being aware of the time and I think we have achieved it because we were left wanting more.

A perfect stay, the apartment is next to the seaside beach and very close to the crazy one, perfect plan to surf since it also has a surf school next to the house. Manuel was very kind and attentive to our needs, and on the floor we were very comfortable, it is as described. In short, a very nice and quiet stay to spend a few days at the beach.

We've had a great santa week. The place is great, both in space, location and cleanliness. Mentxu and her husband are lovely and helpful at all times.

Sarai was a perfect host and quickly answered any questions we had. Fantastic cosy place with a nice terrace for enjoying the sun. Beds are comfy, shower is great, and the space is well lit with the many windows available. Close to good shops and restaurants and a short walk to the many beaches nearby. Luis is a great host - highly recommend!

The house has an excellent location to visit the area and is located in a very quiet place. It is fully equipped very clean. It is cozy and perfect for a family vacation. Make a special mention of the large patio since if you go with children it is ideal. Felix is very helpful and helpful at all times. 100% Recommended. Surely we will repeat.

Exceptional accommodation. With all kinds of amenities and services, everything is new or almost new, well located next to the highway and just a 10-minute drive from Santander or numerous fantastic places and places to visit. Although as dice is close to the highway it is a place full of tranquility. We have not made use of it but they also have a large restaurant with a large terrace and free parking. Communication with Javier our host is quick and very easy and was very friendly allowing us to enter the apartment before the indicated time. Without a doubt it is a place to keep repeating accommodation as long as we come back in Cantabria

The apartment is well located, in a nearby area, walking, in the center of comillas but quiet, close to the CA-135 to take the A8 and move around. The house stands out for its careful decoration, cleanliness and comfort of its beds. Communication with Nuria was easy, valuable and very pleasant in the deal.

The apartment is just as described and true to the photos, everything was very new. You could see the beach and the estuary as it is glazed everywhere and the views are great, as well as very bright. Next to the beach, and close to downtown as it took you 5 min by car. My kids loved the area as you could always do water activities like various excursions. Quiet area. The hostess is very friendly and attentive. We'll repeat the experience!

The apartment is located in a very quiet area, very close to the beach, shops and walking areas along the coast and countryside. Margarita was a great host, attentive and thoughtful, and her house was very comfortable and cozy. It's been a great stay.

The house is close to the beach and downtown, there are also several supermarkets in the area. The house has everything you need, it is spacious and the access to get there is good. The community pool is fine, we went several times and were comfortable. The communication with the host was smooth. Recommended to spend a few days in Castro and get to know the village that is very nice.
