Ideal when you are going to visit the CAS and consulado, the location is very close. Great communication with hosts, everything is very clear, and very helpful. The closed gate generates a lot of peace of mind when traveling with a car. Very comfortable house, with everything you need for a pleasant stay, (it has a dryer and iron) which is a plus when required. The kitchen is a success, apart from being beautiful and spacious has a lot of utensils. It has a water filter ✅

First of all easy to get to the place! The streets to get to the house are on good condition! Also house incredible clean! A lot of tvs, good internet, miriam is super responsive! Overall i loved the place will come back!

I loved the place, I would definitely come back. Very good attention, many amenities, good space, good area and commercial, easy access good price. Everything was super. 🫶🏼 I loved staying here, I felt right at home and it made my stay in Nogales a lot, the Sr very accessible and friendly always supported us, 100% recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ psd just missing a blender 🙈 there was one but it is like nutribullet Hot water, washing machine, dryer , internet, Netflix, comfortable beds, clothes iron, donkey, all the necessary frets, in vdd this week I had amazing in Nogales 🙌🏼

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Amazing Stay! We had a fantastic stay at Ivonne’s place. The place was super clean, well-maintained, and had everything exactly as listed. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The gated community added an extra layer of security, making us feel super safe, and the neighborhood was incredibly peaceful, quiet, and relaxing—perfect place to stay. The host was amazing—super responsive and accommodating. They even arranged a flexible check-in and check-out for us, which we truly appreciated. Overall, it was a seamless and enjoyable experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay.

The apartment is really nice, it smells like Suavitel, it's a safe area, its facilities are very well maintained, everything works, hot water, we were able to prepare our food in the apartment, very cozy! There is climate control in all the rooms, everything is super functional and recommended. 😊

Everything is very good, the house is 🏠 excellent, just as advertised, good space, good layout, the host responded quickly to some things I asked him👍🏻👍🏻, the only thing I would suggest as an opportunity for improvement is the 🛏️ double bed in the 2nd bedroom, it is already very soft and you can feel the springs, apart from that everything is great💯, I would definitely stay there again!!

The house was in a great safe location. Only thing I would have to say is the bed in master bedroom is terrible every movement you make the whole bed shifts and felt like it was going to break and would wake you up out of your sleep. Other than that the house was very clean. Raul was very responsive if I needed anything. I would stay here again.

The stay was great, it matches the description, it's in a quiet area and the host was very clear with the directions. I highly recommend it. It is 1.5 km from the consulate, however I recommend using a taxi, since the area is hilly and it's a bit tiring to walk.
