The Metfield complex, which has a seasonal swimming pool (small entry fee), playground, pickleball court, basketball court, bicycle pump track, and bike skills course is within an easy walking distance. This amazing location is also right on the Rago & Mulligan trails and the new paved trail that winds to Blowing Springs! We are pet friendly with a fee (details below).

Bike Preserve and Osage Park, this home is less than 1 mile from the Applegate Trailhead. Eventide is amenity packed, and perfect for large groups or families. Enjoy the lounge/workshop space in the garage after a long day on the trails, or relax in the backyard by the fire pit with your family. We can’t wait to welcome you!!

Let your adventure begin by bringing your family, friends and even your pets to Bella Vista. This unique space has everything you need! It is close to the lakes, parks, golf courses, recreational centers and more. Outside our neighborhood is the 50 miles trail that connects to the Back 40 trail and other trails in the area. I'm sure you'll enjoy! Pets are welcome in our home! We do have a pet fee, please see house rules for more details.
