Waterfront vacation rentals in Noel

The space was exactly as published. Super clean!!! We appreciated the extra touches such as snacks and fresh flowers. The space was very well appointed with tissues in each room, plenty of towels, any cooking pan, spice or utensil needed, mirrors in bedrooms, reading material, games, bottled water, a guide book…the list goes on. We enjoyed sitting on the deck outside the door for morning coffee and evening wine. It was a very quiet space and beds were comfy! We hope to return soon!

This place was a perfect fit for our little getaway. Perfect size, very quiet, and relaxing. The sauna was an incredible addition. Sandy was responsive and provided fresh towels and robes for the sauna. She also gave us a code to lock our bikes up in her garage. The place was very close to trails, water (access to lake and kayaks are a huge plus), and nearby towns. Would absolutely stay here again.

Had a great stay despite the multiple tornado watches during my visit. 😳. Amenities were clean, comfy and as described. The bed at this Airbnb was surprisingly one of the most comfortable beds I ever experienced during a trip. The birds were awesome too. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area.

I absolutely loved this stay! The Hosts were so friendly, welcoming and helpful with suggestions to restaurants, shopping and knowledgeable about activities, like kayaking, hiking and the Crystal Bridges Museum. The apartment is very comfy and even more lovely than the images depicted. I took some beautiful pictures from the deck, for Bo to use, as his posting doesn’t do justice to the reality of this lovely, rustic, private home with separate entrance apartments attached. The water-front views on the deck are rejuvenating. The Host provided me an inter-tube so I could float and swim in the river! It’s a tiny, quiet town and only a 30 minute drive to Bentonville, AR. Will be back again! Highly recommend this gem!

Bill has been very easy to work with. We have a construction company and have had a crew using his house for multiple weeks. He has been very helpful and my guys loved the house.

We stayed here as we were passing through the area. I was only there for two nights but enjoyed every minute. The hosts were cheery and quick to respond. The kitchen was fabulous! The cookware, utensils, and kitchen amenities were awesome! Everything is exactly the way the pictures are; crisp, clean and welcoming. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Our group of seven had a great time in Bryce’s lovely home. It is very comfortable, has plenty of room, a well stocked kitchen and overlooks the most beautiful scene. It is conveniently located to take in the outdoor activities in Bella Vista and close enough to enjoy what Bentonville has to offer.

Beautiful well maintained Lake house. Plenty of space for our family to spread out and play games. Great dock for fishing!

Her home was very welcoming! Lots of beautiful views of the lake from the back decks. Plenty of places to sit and relax inside and out. The neighborhood is very quiet and neighbors will smile and wave. If you need a good place that feels like home away from home this is it!

Absolutely beatiful house! Exactly as what was described in the listing and in the pictures! The view from the living room/kitchen was gorgeous, very peaceful!! The house has everything we could ever need! We will definitely be back!
