Monthly Rentals in Niwot

Anne's place is pristine and had all the items we needed. When we asked for something we needed, she promptly provided it. The place is located in a nice area in Erie with open space to walk. The shower is efficient and the bed is comfortable with a nice desk to do work. She replied fast and we felt comfortable.

Heather and Windy were great hosts. The place was cozy and adorable as described. the house is well-stocked, the bed was clean and comfy and the kitchen had everything one could need. The hosts also provided a lovely basket of local goodies and some fruit and other basics upon arrival. The only drawback is that its an older building complex and starting to feel its age. Niwot is adorable but a little sleepy for a single person considering a move to the area which is why I'm moving to downtown Boulder for the rest of my trip. Overall I enjoyed my time in this cozy home and the hosts were totally responsive to my questions and needs.

Whitney was a fantastic host. She was quick and clear with her communication. She went above and beyond while we stayed with her, providing multiple dog friendly recommendations for us and our pooch and her welcome muffins were amazing! She and her family were so friendly, but also gave us plenty of privacy. The space is exactly as described and is perfect for a lengthy stay. We would absolutely stay with Whitney again!

This place was incredibly quiet and comfortable. It had everything we needed and was furnished thoughtfully. The snacks were welcome and the kitchen supplies would be helpful if needed. Danielle is very accomodating.
