An amazing area to stay! Boulder is the coolest town, and staying at this air bnb was perfect! Located in an active neighborhood, we felt right at home staying here. Comfortable and practical! Would stay here again!

Great place! It feels very cozy, it was clean, and the home made muffins were absolutely delicious! Five paws for being dog friendly :) the area is beautiful and peaceful. I also really enjoyed the private sauna in the bathroom! Whitney was very responsive, nice, accommodating and flexible. Highly recommended! :)

Danielle was very accommodating, the space is clean and modern, and the location in a neighborhood is extremely quiet and picturesque. A lovely spot!

We were very happy with our stay. Jeremy's puppy Stitch was added entertainment. Staying in Niwot was a great location. A peaceful, welcome retreat from the traffic and congestion in surrounding areas. Thank you Jeremy
