Vacation rentals with a patio in Nisiros

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohlgefühlt, Stella war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. In der Nähe (mit dem Auto) gab es tolle Strände und viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen zu gehen.

I had a really wonderful stay at Dionisia. A perfect setting for me really as the location was ideal. Communication was brilliant from the host and I would definitely consider returning as I felt right at home here. A really natural feel to the place. Loved it!

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans votre logement! Tout était très propre, il y avait tout ce qu'il faut en produit d'hygiène même de quoi désinfecter si on s'était blessé ! L'hôte et sa maman ont été très attentionnées, très gentilles et professionnelles! Encore merci pour tout!

What a fantastic place this is and couldn't fault anything about it. 5 mins walk to the beach/bars/shops/restaurants and has a great swimming pool with enough sunbeds for everyone and the sun shines on the balcony most of the day until it goes down in the evening. I'd definitely recommend this as a place to stay and I'd say you'd struggle to find anything better in Kardamena.

Es ist ein perfektes Haus in perfekter Lage. Sehr sauber gepflegt und alles in einem Superzustand. Am ersten Abend wurden wir mit einem kompletten Abendessen inklusive Kuchen und Getränken im Kühlschrank überrascht. So ein tolles Airbnb hatten wir noch nicht. liebevoll eingerichtetes, kleines Appartement, mit kleiner Küche (keine Herdplatten) und Bad mit Dusche, sogar 2 Balkone, einer mit Meersicht der andere in die Natur. Hat alles super geklappt, sehr freundliche Gastgeber, gute Kommunikation. vielen lieben Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt in Kardamena, komme gerne wieder.

Nice apartment in a nice location. The apartment had everything you need, could not ask for more. The location was good too, supermarkets, restaurant and the beach are easily accessible by foot. Would come again

Eine der schönsten Apartments auf der Insel! Sevy ist als Gastgeberin außerordentlich engagiert und zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und überaus freundlich. Wir haben uns über die nette Begrüßung im Apartment sehr gefreut! Das Apartment ist liebevoll und schön eingerichtet, und ausgestattet mit viele Kleinigkeiten, ob Kaffekapseln, Wattestäbchen oder Duschgel, wir waren darüber sehr dankbar, dass es uns zur Verfügung gestellt wurde! Der Außenbereich ist wirklich ein Highlight mit sehr komfortablen Möbeln und einer Atmosphäre, die zum Verweilen einlädt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wenn wir einen Wunsch hatten, war Sevy zur Stelle und hat geholfen. Ich komme seit sehr vielen Jahren nach Kefalos und werde in Zukunft definitiv wieder bei Sevy wohnen, denn wir haben uns in dieser schönen Apartment am Meer unglaublich wohl gefühlt!

Everything was great. My stay at Nisuri Home was fantastic. It has an incredible terrace with nothing in front but the sea on the horizon. The location is perfect, the place itself is totally clean and very welcoming. The cottage also served as the perfect base for exploring the nearby out of this world active volcano and amazing beach of Pachia Ammos.

Beautiful house in amazing location, about 50 meters from beach which you can easily access through backyard. It was easy to keep the house at comfortable temperature, AC in every room worked great and blinds in both bedrooms are great addition to keep the sun out during the day and keep the room pitch black during nights. Many restaurants and local stores nearby so you have access to most things you'd need just by quick walk. If you want to explore whole island you can rent a car and park right beside the house. Only minor negatives for us was hard mattress and noise from the cars/bikes passing by during night which can get fairly loud even with all windows closed. But this is to be expected considering the location. All in all it is great place to stay and I'd recommend it to everyone wanting to visit Kos island.

We enjoyed our stay at Katerina's place and would thoroughly recommend it. Katerina was a lovely host and cared about her guests welfare. We would definitely stay again. Happy customer.

I enjoyed my stay here. The home is clean and spacious. It was a great value for me, with all the essential amenities. The location overlooks a village and is above a café that buzzes with activity from around 7:30 a.m. to 10 or 11 p.m. daily. The locals are friendly, and many speak English; even if not, you’re likely to be invited for tea. Muhammed is a great host and I want to thank him for his patience with my many questions and changes to my reservation! Note: There are frequent power outages in the village. Most last only a few seconds or minutes but the one on my 10th day lasted 3.5 hours. Muhammed informed me of the outages in advance of my stay and alhamdullilah, there was no significant impact to my work. You can also use the power at the family beach restaurant if this happens. Mini-buses run ~7 or 8x/day. Thanks again for everything, Muhammed! :)

Eine traumhaft schöne Unterkunft mit Blick in die Berge! Wir konnten gut entspannen! Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und unglaublich schick! Wir haben es geliebt draußen zu essen mit Blick auf die Berge, auch die Liegen und der Whirlpool waren toll! Absolut empfehlenswert! George ist ein toller Gastgeber, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich :)

We were a family of 5 with 3 young adults/teens. We had a fabulous time. For us the villa was all about location & it could not have been anymore perfect. Right on the sea, walkable to all the bars & restaurants, no need for a car although we did for exploring further. Kos is truly beautiful. The hosts could not be more helpful & any question is answered very quickly. The villa is spotlessly clean with everything you need. Took a bit of getting used to unlocking the different doors as the main bedroom isn’t linked to the rest of the villa but this was no problem for us. The pool & surrounding garden is perfect. Loads of sunbeds. The village is great for eating out, so many nice restaurants & the views on the beach are beautiful. Lots of bars, it really does have something for everyone of all ages, we can’t wait to return.

Anna is echt een uitstekende host, reageert heel snel en is erg behulpzaam. Ik heb Anna helaas niet persoonlijk kunnen ontmoeten, maar alles was perfect in haar woning zoals op de foto’s. Anna had zelfs de moeite genomen om de airco alvast voor ons aan te zetten en wat boodschappen voor ons achter te laten zoals brood, cornflakes, melk, sap etcetc. Alle huishoudelijke spullen waren in het appartement te vinden. Er waren zelf spelletjes aanwezig. Het appartement was super netjes en schoon precies zoals de foto’s. Gewoon perfect. Jammer dat ik er maar 1 nacht verbleef.

Πολύ καλή επιλογή για διαμονή στο Μανδράκι! Τα πάντα είναι προσβάσιμα με τα πόδια και έχει γύρω πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό και ποτό! Ήσυχο περιβάλλον και γειτονιά! Αυτό που ξεχωρίζει σίγουρα είναι η τέλεια βεράντα του με θέα την Παναγία την Σπηλιανή!

Wow! What a welcome. We requested an early check in which was agreed immediately and we arrived to find Akis waiting for us. The fridge had been filled with water, juice, bread, cheese & meats and there was coffee and tea and much more provided. The apartment was spotless and equipped with everything you could need. Both spacious double bedrooms had quiet, efficient air conditioning units and a furnished balcony. The apartment is situated just behind the rather pricey Ikos resort. Kastri Island could be viewed from the balcony and the beach is a short 600m stroll away and next to some beautiful old church ruins, great for photos. There’s an abundance of great restaurants and bars within easy reach but the apartment is really peaceful. We were also allowed to use the pool in the apartments opposite which was a real bonus! We would definitely recommend this accommodation and would stay there again without hesitation.
