Waterfront vacation rentals in Ninh Xuân

very lovely host and staffs. I didn't get the listed room due to prior guest's changed of schedule. The bungalow I was assigned to was a lot smaller (would be very inconvenient if you are traveling with big luggages). there are a lot of bugs in the area, so highly recommend to bring bug repellent spray/cream. there were 2 times the entire unit had power outage (just something to be expected for the area), but it was inconvenient because the entire unit was so dark and stuffy without light and AC, and the hot water would not work once the power is out. the airbnb is super close to the Trang An boat rides, and about 10min drive to then old town walk and 20min drives to other popular attractions. A big plus isnthat they provide free breakfast with a lot of options and with drink, fruits, yogurt.

We spontaneously stayed for 3 nights in the accommodation and from start to finish we were thrilled! The whole team is friendly, proactively supported us with all bookings (excursion, rental scooter, airport transfer) and was always quickly accessible both via chat and in person. We were able to check in in the middle of the night and take care of everything in the morning. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The only drawbacks were little storage space, no bedside lamps and the air in the room was a bit damp with little opportunity to ventilate. But this can also be due to the basic climate in the village. We would still recommend the stay - Thanks for any support!

The place is easy to find from the main road and is located in between major attractions. It's not particularly close to 1 or another, but being in the middle gives you more options for you to go around to. We were allowed an early check in, and they got a local taxi to pick us up and drop us off at the train station, we appreciate the convenient service. They have their own restaurant so you can order when you're hungry and they even serve free breakfast from 7 am to 10 am! We got the room under the mountain, it was nice and looked like the photos, the only concern was the strength of the water heater, which during our visit was ice cold. Other than that, a great stay over all!

The bungalow was located in a beautiful, quiet spot. You can rent scooters or bikes directly in the homestay which was very convenient. The hosts were very helpful :)

Nice little cosy hotel. Room was spacious for the 4 of us (2 adults 2 kids). Bed was comfortable. All in all clean (not super-clean). Pool was clean and kids enjoyed it. You can rent a bike for little money and explore the area. Restaurants in walking distance. Host are very nice. We liked it!

Thach and his family were very helpful and friendly, and made us food every day!

Lovely stay, 5 mins from restaurant, spa etc and then a 10minute moped into town. Such a lovely space and super comfy bed and great air-con!

Words can hardly express how much we enjoyed this place. We were initially skeptical upon booking because there wasn't a physical address listed, but Viet provided a google maps location within 24 hours of booking. When our taxi arrived in Trang An, we were blown away by the views of the mountains and lakes. It is truly stunning. The homestay is located within the ecological preserve, with several other homestays in the vicinity. We were happy that we chose this one because it's smaller; more intimate and private than some of the other nearby homestays. Most of our interaction was with Viet's wife, Ve. She was remarkably warm and kind, and was always available to assist us. It is a family run business and their level of devotion to their guests is admirable. I'm a professional airbnb host myself, and I learned quite a few things from this family about providing excellent hospitality. Kuddos to the hosts. We wish for the best success to them.
