Vacation rentals with a patio in Ninh Xuân

Great hosts ! Very quick and easy access, room was as described, got an extra duvet on request and the room was cleaned again when we gently asked if it would be possible to clean the shower again. There was cheap laundry service. Good to find, quiet location. Would come back again and again! Thanks Minh !

The accommodation is exceptional - the hosts cannot do enough to ensure you have a happy stay from providing information and recommendations, bikes to explore, extended check out, looked after luggage and provided shower facilities for later onward journeys - the breakfast is awesome and our son absolutely loved the pool. Cannot recommend this enough and wish our stay was longer. If you’re looking for accommodation near to Tam Coc, Hoa Lu, Ninh Binh and Trang A then this place is ideal and you won’t be disappointment. Trang An is better than Tam Coc for boat ride

Super friendly volks who are running the place! It felt quiet there and it was nice to hear the birds and see the mountains and rice fields. It's just a short walk away from the town center. For breakfast they offered some fried rice, fried eggs, fruits and pancakes. All in all great experience. We would come back:)

We had a wonderful stay at Lotus Field Homestay. The contact with Duy was great and it felt like we've known each other forever. Duy easily organized transport to and from Hanoi for us. The free breakfast was delicious and the bungalow very clean. We liked very much that we were allowed to rent bicycles with which we could ride through the fields. We will definitely visit again!

If you want to enjoy a carefree and pleasant stay in Ninh Binh, this is the place for you. When you enter the homestay, you are greeted by a pleasant floral scent of flowers which grow in the reception area. We were warmly welcomed by our host with small snacks. You immediately feel at home. The host looks after you like a good friend. We didn't have to worry about anything. Whether it was tips for the area or organizing the night bus, she helped us with everything. What's more, the accommodation, which ist part of a small complex of other accomodations, with the pool directly in front of the room feels like an oasis of well-being. The bus station and restaurants are within walking distance. The major sights are just a few minutes away by bicycle. We spontaneously booked one more night. Thank you for all and keep up the good work :)

I could type 1000 words about how awesome this Airbnb is. The host was awesome. Caretaker was bringing us breakfast every morning. The views around the Airbnb are amazing. Water pressure is top notch so are the showers. Thank yall!

Words can hardly express how much we enjoyed this place. We were initially skeptical upon booking because there wasn't a physical address listed, but Viet provided a google maps location within 24 hours of booking. When our taxi arrived in Trang An, we were blown away by the views of the mountains and lakes. It is truly stunning. The homestay is located within the ecological preserve, with several other homestays in the vicinity. We were happy that we chose this one because it's smaller; more intimate and private than some of the other nearby homestays. Most of our interaction was with Viet's wife, Ve. She was remarkably warm and kind, and was always available to assist us. It is a family run business and their level of devotion to their guests is admirable. I'm a professional airbnb host myself, and I learned quite a few things from this family about providing excellent hospitality. Kuddos to the hosts. We wish for the best success to them.
