Waterfront vacation rentals in Ninh Xuân

very lovely host and staffs. I didn't get the listed room due to prior guest's changed of schedule. The bungalow I was assigned to was a lot smaller (would be very inconvenient if you are traveling with big luggages). there are a lot of bugs in the area, so highly recommend to bring bug repellent spray/cream. there were 2 times the entire unit had power outage (just something to be expected for the area), but it was inconvenient because the entire unit was so dark and stuffy without light and AC, and the hot water would not work once the power is out. the airbnb is super close to the Trang An boat rides, and about 10min drive to then old town walk and 20min drives to other popular attractions. A big plus isnthat they provide free breakfast with a lot of options and with drink, fruits, yogurt.

Wir waren spontan für 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft und von Beginn bis Ende waren wir begeistert! Das ganze Team ist freundlich, hat uns bei allen Buchungen (Ausflug, Mietroller, Flughafentransfer) proaktiv unterstützt und war sowohl per Chat als auch persönlich immer schnell erreichbar. Wir konnten mitten in der Nacht einchecken und am Morgen alles in Ruhe abwickeln. Das Zimmer war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Einzige Mankos waren wenig Stauraum, keine Nachttischlampen und die Luft im Zimmer war etwas feucht bei wenig Möglichkeit zu lüften. Das kann aber auch am Grundklima im Ort liegen. Wir würden den Aufenthalt trotzdem empfehlen - Danke für jede Unterstützung!

The place is easy to find from the main road and is located in between major attractions. It's not particularly close to 1 or another, but being in the middle gives you more options for you to go around to. We were allowed an early check in, and they got a local taxi to pick us up and drop us off at the train station, we appreciate the convenient service. They have their own restaurant so you can order when you're hungry and they even serve free breakfast from 7 am to 10 am! We got the room under the mountain, it was nice and looked like the photos, the only concern was the strength of the water heater, which during our visit was ice cold. Other than that, a great stay over all!

The bungalow was located in a beautiful, quiet spot. You can rent scooters or bikes directly in the homestay which was very convenient. The hosts were very helpful :)

Nice little cosy hotel. Room was spacious for the 4 of us (2 adults 2 kids). Bed was comfortable. All in all clean (not super-clean). Pool was clean and kids enjoyed it. You can rent a bike for little money and explore the area. Restaurants in walking distance. Host are very nice. We liked it!

This was our favorite place we stayed in Vietnam. It's not a luxury suite so if you aren't cool with roughing it a bit this isn't for you. But we didn't mind at all because the location was breathtaking. We stayed in between 2 mountains right on a creek that you could paddle board down. The family working this homestay went above and beyond to make us feel at home. I would definitely recommend eating the food at the restaurant here because it was some of the best food I had on my whole trip. Pho and Trung made this stay unforgettable and we really hope to come back in the future.

Lovely stay, 5 mins from restaurant, spa etc and then a 10minute moped into town. Such a lovely space and super comfy bed and great air-con!
