It is an autonomous (solar energy) holiday home, 2000m2 of land without fences and without neighbours with a superb view. Each cottage has its own fridge in the newly renovated kitchen The Chateau is in the classified old village and walking distance to shops and restaurant.

In a 10-minute walk, you will have reached the square where the bakery for croissants in the morning and other small shops await you. Want to move around? Ideally located, you can choose between Uzès 20 minutes away, Nîmes 30 minutes away, the beaches an hour away and the Cévennes half an hour away.

2 Person Only On the banks of the Gardon, fully restored independent cottage with an area of 50 m2 in the countryside, shaded courtyard with independent entrance. Air-conditioned with a queen size bed 160*200. No neighbors opposite our house and only one rental on our property. In summer: from May to the end of September, 8 x 4 swimming pool, salt/heated, surrounded by flowers with pleasant garden furniture. This farmhouse from 1610, 1 minute away from Sommières by car. You will be in a peaceful setting with no street noise and a 9x4m pool to cool yourself on hot summer days. The garden goes down to the river where one can go fishing. From certain spots you can see the Chapelle Saint Julien from the XIth century as well as the château de Sommières. There is a brasero and a pizza oven outside to enjoy time together outside.

Our cottage will seduce you with its simplicity with all its amenities, as well as its beautiful terrace adjoining the private 4 m pool. s/8; it is equipped with an alarm for small children and a solar shower. It may occasionally be used by us, the owners (2 adults) when the tenants are not there. There is also a light in the living room with a Bluetooth system to listen to your favorite playlist.
