Non-smoking apartment (3rd floor with no elevator – narrow staircase) quiet and comfortable. Beautiful location to explore the city center in a very pretty square. Monuments and shops are a 2-minute walk away. Numerous amenities including air conditioning (in the living room). Bed linen and towels provided, as well as basic kitchen items. Paid underground parking 150 m away (see "my accommodation"), free surface parking 200 m away. We live in the building and will be available if needed.

Our very bright, fully furnished accommodation with vintage items in a bohemian style is a duplex comprising a large kitchen open to the living/dining room, a bathroom with a double sink, and a separate toilet. Fully air-conditioned two-bedroom apartment ideally located between the Arènes and the Maison Carrée, 300 meters from the beautiful Musée de la Romanité. You are a 5-minute walk from the Halles de Nîmes and close to the Jardin de la Fontaine. The rental includes access to the Arènes car park (maximum height: 1 meter 90) for the duration of your stay, located 200 meters from the apartment. You will be only a few minutes from the train station (approx. 500 meters).

You will have free use of my parking space (closed and covered, H 1.90 m) 50m from the apartment The apartment is on the 2nd floor (no elevator) and has steps to access it. All windows are equipped with double glazing.
