We had the most wonderful stay at Lynfield Leisure in Kotagiri from April 18 to April 20, traveling as a group of 6 adults and 2 children. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property is nestled in a serene and picturesque part of Kotagiri, offering breathtaking views, peaceful surroundings, and a refreshing escape from the city. The accommodations were spotlessly clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable, perfect for a group our size. The interiors were tastefully done, and the attention to detail made us feel right at home. What truly stood out was the warm hospitality. The staff was incredibly courteous, helpful, and attentive to our needs throughout our stay. Whether it was arranging meals, travel tips, or ensuring we had everything we needed for the kids, they went above and beyond. Lynfield Leisure is a hidden gem with lush greenery and cozy sit-outs. We would highly recommend paying a visit to this property to families and groups alike.

Hi, This is our first trip to Wayanad and we booked this place based on earlier recommendation. Boy, how lucky we were. We reached around 1930 hours but the caretaker Mustafa was waiting for us there. Mustafa comes early in morning and stays till late night. Host Mr. Vinoth was great. He was guiding us and shared local recommendations as well and reached out well early to make the checking process smooth. Breakfast was complimentary and we loved the Puttu, Kadala Curry, Pure Bhaji. It changes everyday and we asked for Puttu again after having appam the next day. Highlight was location, home and the bonfire with Barbequed chicken. It was amazing, we asked for a repeat the next day. Loved the family time with Bonfire, the chillness and the amzing food. Mustafa takes personal care of you. The only minus was the missing AC / Washing machine. However, Mustafa was kind enough to get our cloth laundered and there was no need for AC. Wayanad is AC buddy!!! Loved every Moment!!!

It is a wonderful property! Very well maintained and very clean. The breakfast prepared by the host's mother is mouth watering. They even catered to our Jain diet restrictions. The property gives beautiful views of the forest and also has a lot of play activities like mini golf, badminton, darts and more. Highly recommended!

Absolutely wonderful stay! Tucked away in a secluded spot, the house offers breathtaking views. Finding the place was a breeze, and check-in was seamless thanks to the attentive host and manager who ensured everything went smoothly. Throughout our stay, they remained in constant communication, ensuring our comfort and satisfaction. One highlight of our stay was opting for the in-house meal options - we wholeheartedly recommend to future guests. Every dish we requested was expertly prepared, and the flavors were simply scrumptious. And let's not forget the barbeque and bonfire experience was an absolute must! A special mention goes to Kumar, the main caretaker, whose warmth and hospitality made us feel right at home. He went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, especially those of our child, never hesitating to fulfill even the smallest requests. I cannot recommend this stay enough, especially for families seeking a perfect getaway.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely cottage with a group of 11, including two elderly members and five kids. The property was spacious, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway after our busy schedules. Honestly, we didn’t even feel like going out for sightseeing, the cottage itself was more than enough to enjoy and unwind. A big shoutout to Stephen Uncle and his son Vishal for their outstanding hospitality. They were always available whenever we needed anything and made us feel completely at home. The campfire and delicious barbecue they arranged turned into a fun, unforgettable night for everyone. The kitchen was another big plus fully equipped with utensils, cookware, and even basic spices, which made cooking for a large group easy and comfortable. I’ve always preferred staying in Airbnb cottages over hotels or resorts, especially when traveling with kids, and this place reaffirmed that choice. Two very pretty little cottages by the river side, with gorgeous views of the river from the balcony and a private access to the river. The cottages had all the amenities one needs including a Jacuzzi and a large screen TV. Sanjeev was very responsive yet respected our privacy. Food was homely and very very yum!

Brookview Wayanad is a perfect getaway nestled in the heart of nature. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by lush greenery and offering a peaceful retreat from the city. A river flows by right in front of the property.The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay. One of the highlights was the delicious local Kerala food—authentic, flavorful, and prepared with great care. The property itself is well-maintained, clean, and offers a serene atmosphere. Whether you're looking to relax or explore Wayanad, this place is ideal. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a tranquil and enjoyable stay amidst nature.

Even though the listing says entire cottage, this actually was an bedroom with attached bath from the main property (where the host is staying) that has a door attached between the two (was locked though). That was slightly disappointing. The balcony/sit-out has the sofa and a small dining table which is where the entrance is. Regardless, enjoyed the stay and the food prepared by the staff was good.

This was one of the best experiences I have had to date on Airbnb. Srini is an exceptional host! It was clear that he had thought of absolutely everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable even before we reached there. We were so impressed by the attention to detail – from the thoughtful provision of toiletries and even slippers, it felt like every possible need was anticipated.His recommendations for local spots were also fantastic. And a special mention must go to Aruna, the cook, whose meals were delicious and the portions incredibly generous. We truly felt pampered and well taken care of throughout our stay. We highly recommend Srini's place for a seamless and delightful experience!
