Really nice place in a great central location close to town, dipnetting beaches and fishing charters. Really nice and comfortable inside. There is a fish cleaning station, extra poles if needed, grill, fire pit! It was peaceful and relaxing after a hard day on the water! Amanda is a great host! Very responsive and communicative! Definitely looking to go again next year!

This worked great for a short trip to visit my son. It was clean , stocked with dishes , right down the street from a coffee shop/ gas station / local gym and about a 10 minute drive from our old church . This place ended up being perfect for what we needed .

Kate has a nice house that is close & convenient to restaurants & stores in Soldotna. The house was clean & quiet. We would definitely stay at this house again!

Great location for salmon fishing. Peaceful setting, nice accommodations with a lovely walk down to the beach! We loved taking drives every night to view the Moose down the road.

Awesome place! perfect for our family fishing trip. The house is very close to the Kenai river and it was also easy to get to Soldotna to shop and eat at restaurants. There was plenty of beds for our kids and the house was well stocked with supplies. Traci was a helpful and responsive host. The washer/dryer and warm beds were helpful since we were there on cool rainy days. We would stay here again.

Scott was such an amazing host! He gave us a tour of the entire house inside and out. He fully stocked the house with everything you can imagine needed just like home, including food, spices, paper towels, tissue, etc. He and I had messaged about allowing us to smoke cigars outdoors. Not only did he say yes, but he provided some selected cigars for our enjoyment. He even paired wine with them! Wow! Whenever I called with any questions, he was always available. Such a wonderful personality and he made us feel very much at home. What a Blessing! I can't wait to go back next year for our annual fishing trip.

My stay here was magical. It was the right amount of rustic with all the comforts of home. The view of the lake and sunsets was tranquil. The place stayed warm even on the coldest night. The place was clean and comfortable. The host was respectful and responsive with lots of recommendations on local activities. We were able to use the community pool and gym, which was included and so great on the rainy days. If you have kids make sure to take them to the community pool! We were by some great fishing spots too. I would come back and stay here again and again.

Perfect Alaskan setting with that remote in the woods feeling while still being close to town. The wood stove hot tub outside is seriously underrated as you can be relaxed and comfortable on a cold Alaskan night as you watch the stars above. Trevor is super laid back and helpful if you have any questions and is quick to respond. Saw moose in the yard the first night! Great rental for families or a group of friends.

The home was pristine, beautiful and cozy! Loved the hot tub. Close to everything we did in the peninsula. Flew into Anchorage and the drive was unreal! So majestic. Definitely would recommended this home to everyone wanting a peaceful stay in Alaska!

Amber is a great host! The house was clean and very comfortable for a group of 4. Amber went above and beyond even letting us use a personal cooler for our lunches during the day while fishing. A couple of our guys did complain about how uncomfortable a couple of the beds where. But they made it work. Overall a great experience and again Amber is an exceptional host! We will be back.

Picturesque!! Absolutely stunning views and peaceful quiet oasis. Everything was great. Stocked kitchen for cooking. Will definitely be booking this place again. We only used the main floor bedroom, but the bed was extremely comfortable. Don’t pass this one up.
