There is a shared hot tub, which can be filled and heated by yourself. The pigs, chickens, sheep and donkey Koen are your neighbors and walk loose on the premises. The Waalstrand is 300 meters away.

The train station is a 10-minute walk away. From the train station to Utrecht, it is 25 minutes, and to Amsterdam, it is 1 hour.

The house is bright with large windows and offers a cozy sitting area with sofa bed and smart TV, a spacious, stable loft bed, a private bathroom with rain shower and a separate toilet. The kitchen offers everything you need, and there is a dining table with 2 velvet chairs. Unique to this location; the house has its own garden!
