Our family had an absolutely delightful (extended) stay at Nathalie’s place! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The highlight of our stay was definitely the cozy fireplace. It was such a treat to relax by the fire with a drink after a long day. Our host provided a perfect check-in experience, greeting us personally and ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Her attention to detail and hospitality made us feel right at home from the start. The neighborhood is wonderful, with quaint shops, cafes, and the city center within walking distance. Communication with our host was excellent throughout our stay. Nathalie’s is very responsive to questions and provides great recommendations for things to do in the area. Overall, our experience at this Airbnb exceeded our expectations.

The house fits well the description and was easy to find. A bus stop only 4 minutes of walk and also there’s a supermarket with 7 minutes of walking. The place was clean, cozy and the cat is also really cute!

We spent a great week at Vera's. It's a comfortable and interesting house in a vibrant area. Vera is considerate; there's plenty of good local information. Utrecht is a great city, lots to do. We had some great walks and cycling is easy and safe. The railway station is close and there are plenty of easy connections to nearby towns and cities

This Airbnb was excellent! The location is perfect, just a short walk from Utrecht Overvecht train station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The house itself was very comfortable and immaculately clean, with all necessary amenities provided. Everything you could possibly need was available in the home. The host was incredibly helpful and provided great recommendations. I particularly appreciated the smart home features that made the stay even more convenient. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Utrecht!

We had a lovely stay at Claudia's. The house is very nice and spacious even for five. the small garden is very pleasant and peaceful. The location is ideally located, Amsterdam is very easily accessible as well as many other places. Amersfoort is a city worth visiting as well.

Firstly, superb host who couldn’t have been more helpful, understanding and friendly. First class quick communication too. The house is in a fantastic location, near to everything you could want on vacation. All of the locals are super friendly too making it such a pleasure to socialise in the area. Highly recommended accommodation and host. We will certainly be back again and again as we have family living nearby and we always need a peaceful, comfortable and quiet place to stay at the end of the day. Many thanks again.

We loved staying at Donate and her family’s house. It was so comfortable, in a great location easy to get around. Our daughter loved the craft area, back garden with swing and the cute bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked, we really appreciated the full washer and dryer and it was a great space for us as a family traveling and needing a comfortable home base!

We had a wonderful time at William and Christa property. The house was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing getaway. Christa was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the booking process and check-in a breeze. We especially enjoyed the beautiful front yard and backyard garden and peaceful neighborhood. Saskia's place is the best I have ever visited through Airbnb. She is amazing as a host, and her place is excellent and exactly like in the pictures. I wish all the places and the hosts were at the same level.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in a beautiful cozy accommodation. Nice strolling in and around the beautiful city of Zutphen. And we were spoiled with a delicious extensive breakfast by the great sweet hospitable hosts Elly and Hans. It was just “Af”!

We felt right at home! Everything was as described and the photos corresponded 100% as shown! Bear is just magical and really well trained and not at all disturbing, on the contrary. I had an amazing stay at Jan Paul’s place! The wharf house is even more lovely than the photos. I felt right at home and didn't want to leave. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay in Utrecht!

the house was top,beautiful and cozily furnished. the area is very nice quiet village. very child-friendly. luxurious kitchen and shower room. beautiful garden with lawn and shelter so you can also sit outside when it rains. Bakery is just around the corner and Aldi is easy to cycle to.

Marie's place was outstanding and we had a great stay. It is super quiet and comfy, shops with everything you need nearby, calm yet close to the center. Would love to come again!

We find one or two tips for inexpensive parking in the listing helpful. A few "insider tips" about Utrecht would also be good. Jochen can write for which target group they are.

Michael's house was in a fantastic location to walk and bike around Utrecht. Michael was incredibly responsive. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Utrecht!

We were looking for a whole place for 6 people (2 couples, 2 singles), with 4 bedrooms for only one night. It wasn't easy. At Katja's place we found the perfect place for us. Everyone had their own (small) bedroom. It is a nice house with a spacious living area and open kitchen. Outside you can sit especially nicely in a comfortably furnished lounge. A supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. There are some nice restaurants and ways to drink cocktails at Innenstadt. We were also able to get to know Katja and Lola briefly. She's a very kind and accommodating host!
