Our spacious apartment (with 2 bedrooms, living room and private kitchen) is located in the picturesque Overasselt in the middle of the greenery, directly on beautiful cycling and walking routes, directly on the Maas (dike) and close to the Overasseltse vennengebied. In addition to peace, space and nature, cities such as Nijmegen, Arnhem and Den Bosch are nearby. The facilities are new and well maintained (the apartment was completed in June 2020 and has only been open as an (air)B&B since then).

Voel je helemaal thuis in deze sfeervolle en centraal gelegen accommodatie. Op loopafstand van de rivier de Rijn en het groene Park Mariendaal. De bus stopt om de hoek en brengt je in 5 minuten naar het gezellige centrum van Arnhem. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en bij warme dagen zit je heerlijk in de zonnige tuin met gezellige veranda. Op loopafstand vind je de ruim gesorteerde supermarkt en restaurant Bloff voor een heerlijk diner of borrel. Parkeren op straat is gratis.

Come and enjoy the many cycling and walking routes with many ferry connections, the Gardens of Appeltern and the many fishing and water sports options. Or simply enjoy the tranquillity of our country house.

Downstairs apartment in the old centre of Rhenen

The whole apartment yours; separate frontdoor. It is situated in the centre of the charming old town. As the windows towards the street are with special panes, you have no problem with noise from the traffic. Rhenen is situated in the province of Utrecht, close to Gelderland; more or less in the middle of the Netherlands. By train it is about 1,5 hour to get to Amsterdam; to Utrecht about 1/2 hour, and to Arnhem about 1/2 by bus. For the first morning there is stuf to make your own breakfast.

You rent a beautiful upper house from us with a panoramic view over the Meuse in both directions. You will see the ferry going up and down and there are ships and yachts passing by you all day. The picturesque village of Broekhuizen is rich in cozy restaurants with terraces on the Maas. You can cycle between the rose and asparagus fields, through forest and nature reserves on quiet roads and paths. The apartment is suitable for couples, business travelers, and families. There is wireless TV.

The apartment is located in the outskirts of Hanzestad Maasbommel on the Gouden Ham (400m), here you can bike, hike, swim, rent a boat, eat out, bowl, water sports, etc.
