Beautiful pool in the garden (June-August only). Sauna in the basement, large TV in the living room are available. On nice evenings, you are also welcome to grill in the garden with the new 2024 Weber gas grill. A beautiful large garden invites you to relax. In bad weather, a small living room is also available for 9 people.

You will enjoy your time in this memorable home! It is small but very well laid out! 20 min to Vienna!There is a short-term parking zone throughout Vienna, so I recommend parking garages! A quiet place with small farm shops, unfortunately no shop on site, 5 km to Harmannsdorf baker, inn Two bicycles are also available if needed. A shuttle service from Korneuburg is possible on weekends, few buses run! (€10 per trip with the host, possible at any time, please arrange in advance!)

It has a private entry trough the garden. The public transport is just 15 minutes away and it just takes another 20 minutes with the train to the city center. Leobendorf it self also offers a lot of beautiful places, for example the castle Kreuzenstein, which you can explore walking.
