Apartment is small, but very nice and has everything you need. The equipment is new and modern. Due to the location on a mountain, you have a beautiful view from the front door. The hostess was very accommodating, flexible and we felt welcome immediately. All in all a great weekend - we would come back any time.

This apartment leaves nothing to be desired. We immediately felt welcome and very comfortable. Günter was very friendly and accommodating. In the apartment, several welcome drinks as well as coffee and tea awaited us. The apartment was totally clean and equipped with new furniture. In the kitchen, there are spices, sugar, oil, baking paper and cleaning products. The balcony is a dream! The beds and pillows are also new and very comfortable. We particularly liked that there are shutters in the bedrooms and fly screens on almost all windows. We highly recommend this apartment.

Luxurious, cozy and quiet apartment with beautiful views all around. Excellent base for visiting the water games of Schloss Willemshöhe in Kassel and the nice historic towns with half-timbered houses in the area. With nice weather you can sit comfortably in the garden.

Sebastian's place was a beautiful oasis - exactly as advertised, and even more impressive in person, with expansive views, cool interior design, and thoughtful personal touches that made our stay feel effortless (i.e. spices, condiments, tissues, paper towels, etc.). It is well located, with several restaurant options within walking distance (10-15 mins), as was a large grocery store. The included garage parking was a huge bonus, and the charming Ayse was very helpful in directing us on exactly where/how to get in (meeting us in person to facilitate). Sebastian was such a considerate host! Very easy to communicate with, and responsive to our needs. Definitely a must stay when in Kassel.

Beautiful place to stay, which was clean and modern.

The place was great and exactly as shown in the pictures & matched the description. On the day of arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Petra and provided with all the information regarding the checkout on the last evening. Perfect for those looking for a quiet place to stay in nature :)

The apartment is as in the photos, very modernly furnished. Very clean and spacious. The contact by email and also the personal contact on site with Renate and her husband was very pleasant and also helpful. I am completely thrilled, thank you again, Renate.

The apartment is very neat and clean. The amenities are good. Everything works perfectly and is easy to use. I stayed 3 nights and attended a sculptor workshop in Kelze. The corresponding studio is a 3-minute walk. I really enjoyed the quiet and friendly atmosphere in the apartment. I'd love to come back when I attend my next workshop.

For three nights I stayed at the property - I was in the city palace in Kassel for a conference. The apartment itself is in the basement of a residential building, the "neighboring door" leads to the laundry room of the house. But as soon as I got into the apartment, it was very nice and loving. Coffee, a full and design furnished kitchen, even a few sweets and a small false water to welcome you. Very nice. I felt very welcome and comfortable, and always slept well. It's about a 30-minute walk to the city palace, which was always a nice walk through nice parts of the city in the weather. In case of rain, it may not be so conveniently located if you have to go to other parts of the city every day. Marius always responded very quickly to my questions. All in all a very good experience.

Beautiful, airy apartment! Within walking distance of many great restaurants, shops, and things to do! Irina was so helpful and responded very quickly! She made sure we felt right at home! Will definitely keep on our list of places to come back to when we’re next in Germany 🇩🇪!!

We absolutely loved our short stay. There are a number of cafes and restaurants minutes walk away, lots of street parking and only 10 mins drive from the city centre. We'd return anytime!

Highly recommended! The flat is great, comfortable, very clean, and has a lovely view. The building has many historic details like doors and handles, metalwork on the staircase and so on, which makes the stay even better. The area is so pretty, with lots of beautiful Art Nouveau buildings, restaurants, shops with handmade products and so on (there is also a REWE supermarket). The building is only 4 tram stops away from the ICE railway station so you can get there easily and also plan some day trips. You will probably be using trams to get to the city center but there are Multitickets and Kassel Card which make public transport inexpensive. Overall - great choice!

Charming, family-friendly accommodation, very well located in the middle between Kassel and Edersee National Park, excellent for family trips. Charlotte was accessible throughout and responded quickly. The days there passed by in a flash.

It was a wonderful stay. Andre was immediately available and helpful with questions. The place was clean and stylish and lovingly furnished. We were able to relax in a great and quiet location, in a wonderful whirlpool. Always happy to come back. Thanks again

Terrific location in the heart of the old town. Quiet because the apartment faces across the valley away from the street. Spacious and well furnished. We stayed for a month - very comfortable!

It felt like an Ibiza vacation. The outdoor area can really not be exceeded and everything is very stylishly furnished inside. Thomas was super friendly and if you had a concern, you could always write to him. Oven and dishwasher would have been optional quite practical but definitely does not affect our review, because otherwise everything was a 10/10. We will definitely be back!

We felt very comfortable in Aaron's apartment. The beds were wonderfully cozy and overall the apartment was a dream. My friends and I would visit this apartment again at any time and recommend it to everyone. It was very clean and super cozy. Thank you so much for everything! :-)

I was here to relax with a friend on my birthday. Check-in was easy and the apartment really nice and clean. Above all, the kitchen amenities surprised us very positively. There is simply everything, including spices. Overall, we are super satisfied with everything!
