Monthly Rentals in Nichols Canyon

Loved my stay at the cottage! The cottage itself was super cute, cosy and clean and very well located, on a peaceful street but walking distance to everything. Todd and Jason were the loveliest hosts, super responsive, welcoming and friendly and accommodated every request. Would definitely love to come back and stay again!

A beautiful and stylish house where you sleep to the sound of wind in branches and a little fog and awaken to birdsong. Then you walk 1/4 block and you’re West Hollywood. Highly recommended!

The things that matter most to travelers: The entire cottage was CLEAN. The BED was very comfortable, with great linens. My husband and I both slept well. The BATHROOM was spotless and the shower was glorious! Great water pressure. Skylight in the bathroom offers nice natural light. The LOCATION is very walkable and, while close to Sunset Boulevard and all the amenities there, it was quiet, peaceful, and very private. This is a gem of a place to come home to each evening. The extras: Lovely private patio for morning musings, having coffee, etc. Host Joanne lives on property and was friendly and available, but not at all intrusive. We enjoyed our privacy. Beautiful landscaping with lots of flowers. The air was filled with flower perfume and I loved sitting out on the patio, just breathing. An avocado tree provided fruit to gather up. We ate one for breakfast. If I could give this listing more than five stars, I would. We will definitely book to stay here again.

Adel's place is amazing and the staff is the best I have encountered! Anytime I had any questions or minor issues, everything was always taken care of promptly and the staff always went above and beyond. I will most definitely be staying there again.
