Monthly Rentals in Newtown

We enjoyed our stay here. We don't expect to return to Newtown, but if we did, we would aim to stay here again. The location near downtown Newtown and the train station was perfect for us. We did not love the smart lock app, which was confusing to figure out.

We booked to stay from back end of Christmas into new year me my partner and little girl Andrews place was warm and welcoming with all the beds made the house was tidy and very well set out. Towels wer out ready on the beds bathroom had a massive oval bath and huge shower which after along day was very relaxing. I would recommend staying here 10/10 to any one visiting the wales area.

My partner and I had a wonderfully relaxing stay here - we both agreed it’s the cosiest place we’ve been! The whole place was spotless and the kitchen was perfect for a bit of simple home cooking. The bed was also incredibly comfortable and with the peaceful rural setting we slept really well. We took advantage of the art studio too which we really enjoyed - such a unique thing and again the setting is the perfect place for creative inspiration! There is also plenty to do in the area, we particularly enjoyed the village of Bishop’s Castle on our way home where there’s a lovely poetry bookshop (Andrea’s recommendation!) and other characterful independent shops. Andrea and Haydee were so lovely and helpful before and during our stay which really topped things off for us. A true gem of a place - we hope to come back one day!

I honestly can't fault our stay. The house was stunning and secluded (besides the cows, but they were great to see!) and had amazing views. Check-in was incredibly smooth due to clear and effective communication by Helen, and there was even some homemade honey and a cake for us on arrival, which was a nice personal touch. I had to pleasure of meeting Helen whilst she was tending to her cows, and she was extremely pleasant and kind. I would 100% stay here again without even thinking twice about it. Thanks Helen!
