Me and 2 friends visited Jane’s accommodation and had an amazing time. The property was pristine and had everything we needed, Although we had taken most things needed there was plenty of essentials had we forgotten. Everything had been thought of we couldn’t think of any way to improve our stay. The hot tub was lovely and well maintained. There was plenty to to both inside and nearby, lots of boardgames etc and plenty of suggestions for days out. We visited Symonds Yat for a walk, drink and boat trip. Jane was very friendly and even allowed us some flexibility on check out allowing us to have one final dip in the hot tub before we left! We would definitely recommend this stay as it was peaceful and quiet but there was plenty to do within driving distance! Thank you Jane :)

Beautiful home, peaceful setting and a great view for dinners. Pleasantly surprised that the kitchen had a lot of equipment that typically would be lacking in most B&B’s. Found local walking trails very easily. Great stay and we will be back when we visit Wales again.

Becky is an excellent host, Blackberry cottage was full of thoughtful touches which made it a really homely place to stay, even though our visit was very short. We’ve stayed at places before which provide nothing at all in the way of soaps, general supplies, so it was a lovely surprise to go somewhere so well stocked with everything you need. The place was spotless and very comfortable. The hosts have obviously thought about every detail, like the pet relief area with poo bags provided. Would definitely stay again for a longer visit!

Excellent house, we felt right at home. Spacious and clean. Had everything we need. Beautiful kitchen, dining room, family room extension. The garden is lovely, very private and tranquil. The house is easy to find and has great transport links to explore the local area. Highlights were the fourteen locks canal centre and Cwmcarn Forest. We'd definitely return.

The place was beautiful and the hosts were very responsive. The cinema room was a hit with us all - watching Lord of the Rings from a hot tub was amazing! The rooms were all comfortable, the animals were all gorgeous and the fairy garden was adorable. It felt like a real hideaway, and we'd be delighted to visit again. Thank you ever so much!!

Michael was an incredible host—super responsive, friendly, and always ready with great local recommendations. His home is a brilliant location to get into the city, with roath park lake a short walk away. The house was absolutely beautiful, with amazing styling and all the comforts of home. This was our third stay at Lois’s place, albeit the first in the eco house, as opposed to the barn. The house was both comfortable and quirky, qualities we have come to expect from our charming and artistic hosts. Unusual pictures, books, design features - one is entertained at every turn, while the leafy surroundings (the beautiful garden and driveway as well as Redland Green itself) make it all worthwhile. Lois or her husband Paul are always on hand to help you with any questions and have a chat with you at the same time. We heartily recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for something a bit different and off the beaten track yet within walking distance of decent shops, cafés and restaurants.

Great accommodation, we have stayed in many large venues with our multi generational family and this one has been our top pick so far. Central to town and Chepstow castle and the added facilities the house has to offer were a fantastic addition. Chris is an excellent host, instructions before the stay were very clear. House was spotless and very convenient, close to the city centre and Rodney Parade rugby ground. Would certainly stay there again.

We had a lovely stay at Pye Corner Cottage. The house looked just like the photos and had everything we needed including toiletries in the bathroom and coffee and tea, as well as pots/pans in the kitchen. It was perfect for a weekend with family, with only a 15 min drive into Newport which was great as I was running the Newport Marathon.

It is a really great place. We are family of five, and were staying for one night, over weekend, while exploring this area of Wales. It is ok positioned for exploring south and mid Wales. The house is clean, cozy, spacios, well equiped. Great for not just the short but long stays as well. Dionne is great. We had an issue with wifi, asked Dionne for help and after few minutes help was there in front of the door - we got new wifi router working without problem, Disney+ working well, so kids were very happy for the movie night 😊

My son and I stayed here for two nights as the location was very close to a race venue we were attending over the weekend. We were Chris’s first guests in this squeaky clean, spanking new abnb. We both had a very chilled and VERY comfy stay there. Lovely. When I accidentally pulled a towel rail from the wall following a toe stubbing, Chris was very understanding and made no fuss of it at all! Really great place and equally great host! Thanks Chris!

Our group of 10 had a perfect stay here. We had so much space amongst us and found each room with everything we needed. The location was peaceful, easy to get to and the team were so helpful and responsive. Such a beautiful home which made us feel really at home!
