Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Newport

Great place to stay and felt very homely but what set it apart was the personal rapport Pedro and Alina had. The service was exceptional ! We would be looking to hopefully stay here again!

The place was in a quiet area and good base for travelling to Cardiff and Caerphilly and other places in South Wales Clean and comfortable

Me and my mates had a great stay here for 3 nights before and after taking past in the Newport half marathon. Fais’s home was clean and not cluttered and felt pretty modern throughout with plenty of appliances. There was even a smart TV with Virgin Media which i certainly did not expect. Only things i would recommend are some more forks and spoons for the kitchen, some new mattresses or mattress toppers in a couple of the rooms and possibly some garden furniture. Otherwise we all had a really pleasant stay. Thank you Fais for allowing us to stay in your home.

Mike’s home was gorgeous and big enough for our party of 7. The house was very clean, the decor was excellent. We needed a light changed out to be brighter and Mike changed it out no problem and very promptly. Will definitely stay here again if we came back.

Fantastic house to stay in at a reasonable price. Great location on the outskirts of Cardiff. Only took us 20 mins to get in even during the rugby. Leanne is a fantastic host that will provide you with all the information about the house! Great stay! Will definitely be back!

We have just returned from a stay here whilst we visited our son at Cardiff Uni and family in Gloucestershire. The house is well located for proximity to the M4 Newport and Cardiff particularly . It was dog friendly . There is a fenced area at the bottom of the garden and a park nearby for walks . Parking is on a side street . We had no problem finding a park on it and we were back and forth frequently . The house is next to a very busy A road and the front bedroom is noisy as a result but coming from London that didn’t bother us particularly . The proximity to a fish and chip shop, Greggs, Tesco extra and sub zero ice cream parlour was most welcome ! The owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with when we needed help with a couple of small issues .

Beautiful house and quiet. Spotless house with lots of nice tech and touches. Spacious and beautiful to look at. Ample parking and felt tucked away. Lots of nice little touches like coffee, biscuits and leaving us milk in the fridge. Have offered to post back the toothbrush one of us left behind. Thank you this was a lovely stay.

Booked last minute before the Newport Marathon and it was exactly what I needed. Ann was very welcoming and kindly left out coffee and juice to help fuel the run! The annexe is nice and private and has everything you'd need. Car/bus needed to get into Cardiff.

Just what we needed! Kitchen was well stocked with what you would need for simple meals! Coffee and tea provided!

We had a wonderful stay at Chris's place, from the start it was an easy process, with clear communication and instructions given. The home was very open, clean and welcoming, with lovely modern decor. We slept very well, and had a short journey to get to the ICC, for a festival. Great place, would stay here again!

Gavin and partner were great ! super friendly and engaging gave us lots of advice about what to do around the area. Always accommodating Complementary eggs and Prosecco in the fridge, the barn was beautiful and so peaceful with amazing views We will defo come again !

If you want to book a slice of heaven, you need to book to stay in the lodge at West Usk Lighthouse! We lived our 2 nights here and could have stayed forever! The most beautiful location, amazing sitting in the hot tub watching the birds come and go as the sea came back in flowing into the estuary. athe lodge itself is beautiful and so much love & care has been put into it. Everything has been thought of and Frank & Danielle are wonderful hosts, so thoughtful and lovely to speak to. We loved meeting them and their lovely dog. Highly recommend getting up for sunrise and walking along the coast before coming back to enjoy some coffee:) We will be back to stay If we venture back down from NE England :)

Lovely place, nice view of the river, private parking was super helpful as was Shona the host. Always got back to my many questions promptly!

A beautiful cottage that felt like home. So many personal touches, really well equipped with everything you could need. Anne and Rob were amazing hosts, so welcoming. If you are looking for a homely sanctuary to stay, would absolutely recommend you book.

Chris was a great host.. helped us out by swapping property to accommodate our dog when let down by our dog sitter.. Great location for exploring Wales, in good driving distance from Bike Park Wales, Ramp World Cardiff, and Barry Island.

Tracy’s place was incredible! The pictures do not do the place justice. Very remote so you feel it’s private. House was spotless and bedrooms were just as pictured. The surrounding area within the property were amazing, spent most our time outside and in the games room. The outside was so spacious also if you wanted to be on your own for a moment you could find a spot. Beautiful location, had an excellent time. We will be back!

the barn was absolutely beautiful inside and out.the enclosed garden was beautifully kept.our dogs loved being outside and it was all enclosed and safe .the pool table and projector were a lovely addition 😊. the location was amazing and views outstanding.austin was very responsive when we had an issue with the projector and responded in minutes .look forward to returning in the future

Loved staying here for a second year in a row. The hideaway hut is tranquil and the perfect break from a busy life. Love nothing more than relaxing in the hot tub and listening to nature surrounding us. Thanks again for another perfect weekend away!

We had a wonderful stay in the cottage at Mill Meadow. It really is a beautiful place. The pigmy goats, alpacas & chickens are a lovely addition and we were welcomed to help feed them. Clare & Zubair are wonderful hosts and couldn’t have been more welcoming. The hot tub was fantastic the best i’ve experienced at any airbnb and the bedrooms were lovely and comfy and had 3 great nights sleep. Usk is a lovely town and we had an outstanding lunch in the Greyhound Inn. Cannot wait to return in the near future. Thank you both.

Indeed Jamie and Sara's place, is different, full of mod cons, yet cozy and relatable. The sunsets from the vast windows were glorious and the array of games were both challenging and fun. The only minor drawback (though we found a solution) was that the stylish bathroom floors up stairs were too slippery after a (lovely) shower, so we used the down stairs one, in which the floor was more textured (and more older person friendly....) All in all a lovely experience. Thank you!
