Enjoy access to a network of paved trails that lead from the river to the beach and right up to the back door of the home. Relax on the deck and watch deer wander by. Prepare your meals in a fully stocked kitchen, or partake of many of the excellent local eateries nearby. The Break in Pacific City is ready for your stay. The Break is a two bedroom, two bath cabin-like home perfect for your beach get-away or surfing excursion. Enjoy a large living room with leather sofas opening up to a large wrap around deck and a back yard with fire pit. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, high-quality linens and bedding, unique design and furnishings through out. You have multiple points to access the beach, all a short walk away (the closest is 5 min). The Pelican brewery is a easily walkable (<15 min). All are accessible via a paved trail systems that backs right up to the property. You are also just steps away to the river with fishing and boarding available. Master bedroom on the main floor has a comfy king-sized bed, and built in charging cables for your smart-phones. Second bedroom on the upper floor has a comfy queen, and two twin beds, and built in USB ports for your smartphones. The loft overlooking the main living area is equipped with a TV area (with Apple TV, Wii, Blu-ray player) for relaxing and enjoying a movie. The loft also has a cozy reading area, and a comfy full-sized futon and bedding for an additional sleeping area if needed. You'll have full access to the entire property We are just a text away to answer questions, give recommendations, anything our guests need. We are committed to you enjoying your stay at The Break. Set in the small beach side town of Pacific City, the house is a short walk from the beach, Pelican Brewery, coffee houses, restaurants, and charming shops. Enjoy surfing scenic Cape Kiwanda (one of the best surfing spots on the Oregon coast), stand-up paddle boarding in the bay, ATV riding in Sand Lake, or any number of coastal attractions from Tillamook and Oceanside to Newport Bay. At the end of the day, enjoy a pint at Pelican or just around the firepit in the backyard. Everything is walkable in Pacific City, and there is no public transportation. There's a lot of local wildlife, and deer are plentiful in the area so just be on the look out - while driving and while sitting on the deck.

Very clean , Charming boho style home with HOT TUB!!! Only a 3 minute walk to the ocean. 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive to The Pelican Brewery. We had a fabulous stay at this place. The view is outstanding. The house was extremely clean and comfortable for the three of us, plus our dog. The beach access was very easy - even for me who has terrible knees! (I did use my walking poles for balance) The kitchen was very well equipped. The patio out back and fire pit were an extra bonus. This house was expensive, but we thoroughly enjoyed it and enjoyed exploring the surrounding area, which was new to us. Loved it all!

We loved our stay at this beautiful home on the Nestucca! We loved sitting out on the deck and watching the birds - bald eagles, cormorants, turkey vultures & gulls, and a couple of cute seals swimming right near the dock. The house was very comfortable and had everything we need. We enjoyed dinner at the Riverhouse one night which is a very short walk. We'll definitely be back!

We loved our stay!! This house is in a lovely area looking out at the river and an easy walk to an Ocean beach. We loved the layout of the house and enjoyed most of its amenities, sand toys, fire pit, tvs, kayak, hot tub, etc. Julia was a very gracious host. She’s has an amazing online guide for your stay and is quick to respond to all questions. The kids enjoyed the games and puzzles, and we welcomed the additions of lots of cozy blankets and heaters for the cooler month we were visiting. The house was also very generously stocked with linens, towels, and toiletries. We felt very at home and We are excited to visit again in the future.

My wife, four kids (teens & tweens), and I stayed there over New Year's 24-25 and had an absolutely wonderful time. The house was sparkly clean, the kitchen stocked with all the gadgets a person could need, and the ping-pong table was super fun. The beds were comfy, the fire place was cozy, and we could walk to the beach, restaurants, and a market in just a few minutes. Fatemeh was super responsive to any questions we had. We had a great time and wouldn't hesitate a moment to stay there again.
