The house sits directly on 7 miles of sandy beach. Check-in is at 4PM and all guests must be out of the home no later than 11AM on the last day of their stay. Cleaning fee $200.00; the pet fee is $50/pet/stay. Due to county and state law, we are required to charge a tax of 11.8%, this will be added to the total nightly rate. Parties and events are allowed.

We enjoyed every single moment on the Riverboat. We were celebrating our anniversary and while we shared that with Paige, we had no clue about the surprise in our room! There were rose petals on the bed, jazz playing and a bucket of champagne on ice along with a small bag of chocolates. What a treat! The window opens up to the fresh air of the marina with a beautiful view of the Yaquina bridge. After pouring a glass of bubbly we made our way up to the salon just in time for happy hour. A lovely array of cheeses, nuts, meats and fruit were laid out along with several beverage options. A simple cocktail is offered as well. We made our way up to what I called the “crows nest”. While it wasn’t the highest point of the boat, it’s the one with the most expansive view. Supplied with binoculars- we enjoyed this room the most- watching birds and awaiting the sunset. In the morning we enjoyed a delicious omelette before we checked out. We’ll stay here again and again! Can’t wait until winter!

It is our second time at this hotel, the view from it is spectacular, the rooms were very nice, staff was extremely friendly, location is perfect and a short walk to the beach or you can take the stairs down, we had an amazing time. Hosts Randy and Paige were simply delightful! Our stateroom was adorable, fresh and clean, reading material included, refrigerator, coffee and decorated beautifully with lots of natural light and a view of the Newport Bridge and surrounding boats in the marina! We loved every bit of the Newport Belle! Private bathroom perfectly equipped! Chef Steve’s made to order breakfasts were absolutely delicious and the kind attentive service was such a treat! The wine and appetizers provided in the evening were so generous and delicious as well. Conversations with the hosts Randy and Paige as well as the other guests was welcoming and pleasant. The Newport Belle shared spaces are spacious, full of local treasures, enjoyable soft music and quaint options for enjoying a beverage including an outdoor patio space. We had an amazing stay. It was everything we hoped for our time at the beach. The room was perfect for our family. The only thing is if you’re sensitive to noise and you’re on the bottom floor, it could bother you. With the noise upstairs, however it didn’t bother us. We would definitely be back again.

This space was absolutely perfect. The condo was spotless. It was so clean, everything had a place, totally updated, and even the bathroom towels smelled amazing. The staff were equally amazing, so kind and personable. Loved the free breakfast options in the morning. The views were just as described, spectacular. It was quiet, easy to get to, easy to park and we will most definitely be back. Oh, and they are pet friendly- it was perfect. Thank you!

Our stay at West Beach Suites was amazing. We stayed for one night on our PCH roadtrip. Our host was responsive to our text questions. Upon check-in we were greeted with a friendly kind front desk. She talked us through the guidelines and answered our questions regarding local activities. Our room was on the third floor and faced the ocean. Our room was impressively clean, stylish and had the most amazing view. We would definitely recommend West Beach Suites to anyone who asks!

The lady at the front desk (I forgot her name) was super friendly and helpful. Very informative and made us feel very welcomed! The room itself was beautiful. Our view was breathtaking and everything was clean. It’s also dog friendly so our dog felt right at home. Would recommend coming back to this place again!
