House vacation rentals in Newport

It is a wonderful place. So comfortable and fully stocked with everything you need to cook and hangout for a long weekend. We started with a group of old friends and enjoyed our time hanging out on the deck and cooking together. We drove to the beach only 20 minutes away. After they left we had a lovely time just relaxing in the hot tub, sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful weather we had. Though I must say even if it had been raining the outside porch is well covered and you could still enjoy being out there. Everyone was very pleased with the beds, super comfortable. There were plenty of linens and even outdoor towels, as well as seperate towels for the pets. (Though we did not have any with us) If I had any comment if would be, we were slightly disappointed that their was no leaf for the dining room table with eight of us and one in a wheelchair it was a tight squeeze, but we made it work! Again, not an issue, just a suggestion! All in all one of my favorite stays.

Trent came in clutch for a last minute booking! Home was welcoming and clean, had all the essentials for a small family. Kids had a great time!

We loved our stay at this beautiful home on the Nestucca! We loved sitting out on the deck and watching the birds - bald eagles, cormorants, turkey vultures & gulls, and a couple of cute seals swimming right near the dock. The house was very comfortable and had everything we need. We enjoyed dinner at the Riverhouse one night which is a very short walk. We'll definitely be back!

We took a vacation with our 3 of our kids and 3 grandchildren (11 total). The house was plenty big enough, each family had a master bathroom to themselves, there was plenty of "spaces" to hang out in and relax. We never felt like we were tripping over each other. The house is absolutely beautiful, well cared for, and in a great location to the beach! Just have to cross the street...it's that close! I would highly recommend this house for anyone with a larger group as there is ample space. Was very appreciative of all the "household" items that were available as well. Most places don't supply so much stuff and it really felt like home. (Just bigger!) We will definitely look for availability in this home for a future use.

Katie's place was exactly as described. the kitchen was fully stocked and had all the needed amenities for us to make breakfast and dinner. The cabin is in a quiet community, easy walking distance to the beach and very dog friendly. The community is very close to restaurants and the town in general. The cabin was the perfect size for our family of 3 and puppy. The house was very clean. Katie was a great host. We would defenetly stay at this lovely home again. A real gem for a large group/family on the Central Oregon Coast. Amazing room for our 8 family members. Close to the beach, local restaurants and activities. A perfect getaway in every respect. Highly reccommended! Thanks. We will be back.

This was the PERFECT spot for our girls weekend! The place was so cozy and cute and well kept. It was easy to find and close to so many things including being walking distance from the beach! The hot tub was clean and had a wonderful view. The beds were comfy and it was an all around great spot. We all agreed we would definitely stay here again next time we come to Lincoln City! To top it off Deb was so informative, kind, and quick to respond making our stay even better.

This was an amazing spit with an amazing view and a super relaxing hot tub! The indoor vintage decor was super cool and hopefully I can stay again in the future! Do not hesitate to reserve your stay in this cozy home!

We really enjoyed the space to spread out or to come together. The neighborhood was very walkable, we loved the easy access to the bay, and the wetland trail was a fun addition for walking the dogs. The backyard makes us want to come back during the summer months to be able to fully enjoy all the house has to offer!

We enjoyed our stay in Ron’s home. Ron and Brandi make this a comfortable and thoughtful place to stay. And it’s just as described. We will definitely try to stay here the next time we are in the area!

This place was such an awesome experience for me and my family for our first vacation to the beach! Julia was excellent with her responses and very clear and helpful with anything I needed! The home was beautiful and so perfect for anyone who has kids of all ages. We were more than comfortable in this home and will definitely be coming back!

The view was gorgeous. We loved being steps away from the beach and a short drive from shops to visit. The space was perfect for accommodating our large group. A great option for large get togethers.

We enjoyed our stay and our family would be happy to return. The location is excellent and we enjoyed waking to the beach, restaurants and nearby dunes.

We had a great stay. Very comfortable accommodations in a very quiet setting. The hosts were very quick to respond to questions. The only irritant was the shower, it is very loud and creaky. It was a bit rainy during our visit, and there were plenty of inside activities provided by the hosts. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful space! After many years not visiting family in Oregon because we live on the east coast region, we enjoyed spending time here with our brother and sister-in-law. It is a gorgeous condo with views straight out to the ocean. A photographer’s dream location and close to quaint town to shop in. Will try to stay here again sometime.

The stay was wonderful and super cozy. The couch was so comfortable and made socializing feel more like home. I’d stay there again. 😊

Debbe's house was amazing. the beds were very comfortable. everyone had a television in their own room. she had absolutely everything you'd need. would highly recommend.

We had a group of 6, the space was perfect size and in a great location. 5 minute walk to beach access, the beach was gorgeous and the few times we went had very little people out on it. Close to Newport for attractions, we greatly enjoyed our stay!

Miel was great! I made a mistake but, she was very helpful, quick to respond and recommend other accommodation that worked out perfectly! This little cabin was cozy for my boyfriend and I, plus our dog. The hot tub was clean and very warm! I wish we had time to utilize the fire pit. The cabin is sandwiched between two other cabins so you will want to be mindful of the noise. It’s in a cute neighborhood right by the beach, I wish we had one more day here. I recommend this place for small groups of 2-4, you can do 5 or 6 but it will be a little crammed.

We had a fantastic Thanksgiving at the Heron House! The location was great - walking distance to town and to a small beach at the mouth of the river. The beds were comfortable and the kids had a fun time trying out the various sleeping nooks. The kitchen had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving meal. We even got in a round of tennis at the nearby courts. Wish we had visited in the summer to swim in the river. Would definitely stay again!

The home we stayed in was beautiful and had more then enough room for everyone in our party. Any questions we had were answered immediately . The home was comfy, cute, and clean-- a great place for us to stay the night in Lincoln City! Excellent hosts, communicated early and throughout to make sure things went well for us, and even let us know when the house was clean and ready for an earlier check in as we were in town early, that was great! Neighborhood was quiet and the hot tub was lovely!
