House vacation rentals in Newport

Greatest host and house I could have hoped for, especially considering how last minute it was. They went above and beyond to make the stay as wonderful as possible, and easy for all of us. Extremely polite, and proactive. This place feels more like a home than a rental, and it’s easy to feel like you’re staying with family (that you like)! It’s beautiful inside and out. So much to do in the house, you might not actually leave, and they have everything you need and more available. Easily my first choice next time I’m looking to go back. 100/10 stars. Do yourself the favor of staying here.

this place has everything! from a crab pot and utensils for eating crab to beach chairs, ping pong table and all the comfort and luxuries of home. less than a 5-minute walk to the ocean. close to the casino, about a 15 minute walk. Large grocery store just down the block. well landscaped. well maintained. would definitely stay here again if available the next time we come to the Oregon coast!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The home was beautiful, private, and offered plenty of activities to enjoy. The hosts were incredibly flexible and accommodating, which made our experience even better. The river nearby was stunning, and the beach wasn’t too far either. Even the drive to and from the property was scenic. I highly recommend staying here! We’ll be back.

My wife and I loved this place so much. We brought my dad and uncle with our pups and had a blast hope to bring the rest of the family here to stay again. 10/10 would recommend!

This is our 7th or 8th stay at this house. Super private. Nice fenced in area for the dogs. Great deck to hang out in the sun. BriAnne is always responsive to any needs. Ready to book next year.

Maggie’s Cottage was everything we had hoped for and more. It was very comfortable and so peaceful. It was also nice have all the kitchen items needed to cook meals at the house when you wanted to just stay in and relax after a beach day. We will definitely stay here again. Our family stayed for 5 days at Cloud9 and everyone was very excited and happy about the choice for our vacation. We felt right at home, and our daily beach visit was just a few steps away. Our favorite pass time was playing games, dice and cards on the big central table. We will be back again in the future! Thank you!!

This is a beautiful house in a quiet little community. There is a very short walk to the beach in a lovely woodsy area.

Fantastic location for a girls' trip- relaxing, well stocked kitchen, gorgeous back patio space and perfect amount of space. We'll for sure be back!

Our stay was problem free. The house was roomy, clean and located perfectly for a variety of day trips. The beach was beautiful and a matter of steps out the door. We ate breakfast and dinner every day in the house. The kitchen was well equipped. Nothing was lacking in any regard. Loved it, and we are thankful that we had this experience as part of our vacation.

Great beach house getaway, phenomenal views! Close to the beach! Host was very responsive and took care of all of our questions. Tasty restaurants within 15 minutes of the house as well.

This was one of the best Airbnb rentals we have ever had. The photos don't do it justice. The location is amazing and the house is super comfortable. The view is incredible. We saw lots of coastal wildlife just a few steps out the door.

Our 4th visit to Keith's amazing place in Yachats. We love Sea it All. The unobstructed views are amazing. Great sunsets and the sounds of the ocean make this a place we always enjoy. The home is in a quiet neighborhood just south of the bridge, but close enough for walking back into Yachats. The King bed is very comfortable. We enjoyed the TV and fireplace in the evenings. Worked perfect with our Hulu subscription. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need. Newer fridge and dishwasher, with even a great washer and dryer in the mud room. Plenty of room for the kids in the downstairs bedroom, with its own bathroom. Keith is an amazing host and very responsive to any questions. We look forward to our next stay in the Sea it All AirBB in Yachats!

Truly a “Grand View!” Watching the ocean from the house was a relaxing experience. The town of Neskowin is just down the road and the walk to the beach was beautiful. We loved having two levels to the home-it was perfect for our family with adult kids downstairs. Beds were so cozy and every possible item was available in the kitchen for some great meals.

Beautiful location, view of sea directly across the street. Home was cozy, needs some updating-I know it’s difficult keeping things new looking due to salt water environment and lots of rainy weather. Kitchen was very well appointed. You can easily walk to everything in town. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Host quickly responded to our questions. Overall, a very lovely place to stay.

Great location right in the center of everything to do. You can walk to anything you might want to do or drive there is easy also. We went crabbing, clamming and alot of shopping. I use to live here so I had a pretty good idea of where I wanted to stay. You'll love this place.😃

The house worked great for our family of 5. It's comfortable and the location is stellar. Quiet neighborhood. Short walk to beautiful beach. Stone's throw to grocery outlet, quick walk to restaurants, arcade, and community center with pool/gym, and easy access to what the area has to offer. The bathtub in the master bedroom should be one of the wonders of the world. Scott was helpful, kind, and responsive to any needs or questions and provided recommendations for activities in the area for our family. Lincoln City was a joy to take a vacation and Scott's place worked excellently for us. Highly recommend.

This was the ideal space for our family’s coast trip. The 19 yr old got his own space upstairs. The kitchen and dining area was a good place for drinking sipping on tea and jabbering.

We enjoyed our stay at Kristin’s place. The house was spacious and clean inside a wonderful quiet community. The garage full of activities helps tremendously with keeping the kids occupied and enjoying their stay when not at the beach. The stairs to get to the beach are a bit daunting the first day, but you get used to them and they help counterbalance all the vacation junk food :) There are plenty of wonderful beaches within short driving distance where you don’t have to climb stairs.

Met up for a family vacation with our friends. Very family friendly, beautiful view of ocean, close to beach. The kitchen, dining room area that connected to living room was awesome.

We loved our stay here! The house and view is something out of a dream. The home was comfortable and clean with nice finishes and accommodations. The view and beach access were incredible and the hot tub was large and very well maintained. We will definitely stay here again.

This was an awesome stay. The beautiful beach is right out the back door, the interior was spacious and had plenty of amenities, and check-in/out was smooth and painless.
