As per usual, this place was great! Comfortable and cozy is how I would describe it! There’s just something about sitting in the living room and listening to the ocean at night ! Will be staying here again as this is a regular go-to spot for my family

Wonderful Valentines/Anniversary get away. Gorgeous view of the waves in every room of the house, coffee/tea bar was fully stocked with tasty goods, and a cozy place to be with the snow and wind howling outside. Would absolutely recommend this spot for anyone looking to get away from the city for a while.

I really enjoyed staying here! The place was immaculate and the location was great! It was very clean with easy entry instructions. The host had bread and snacks left out for me which made me feel very welcomed. I will absolutely stay here again!

Shylo’s house is so beautifully kept with a perfect mix of traditional Newfoundland charm and modern styling. They were pleasant to communicate with and so helpful when we needed somewhere to stay on short notice! The eggs and bread were a lovely added touch to make guests feel even more welcome. Words can’t describe the experience we had with Joyann. She was the poster child for Newfoundland hospitality. She was so generous, welcoming and full of wonderful stories. She made us feel at home immediately and throughout our stay. She loves Newfoundland and wants to share that love with her guests. Her home is beyond beautiful, clean and cozy. She really has a talent for decorating her home and her property. This was by far one of our best travel experiences. I can’t say enough about her and her lovely home. This place is amazing. Extremely clean, modern and well located. The bedroom are good, plenty of facilities to the point you will never have to see, wait or share with anyone else . Overall, a great place to stay and s bargain for the price .

Had the best weekend getaway with my girlfriends! 🥳 The hosts were amazing—super responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The place was exactly as described, which was such a relief. We did have a tiny hiccup with a leaky toilet, but no biggie. We got to meet Skipper, who came over right away to fix it. Seriously, he's got the best “poppy” vibes and was so friendly. This spot was perfect for us gals who just wanted to kick back, relax, and indulge in some serious snacks. 🍕🍷 The swim spa across the way was a fun add-on! We didn’t check it out until the second night, and we regret not going sooner. It’s such a cool addition with a little changing room and a bathroom for convenience. Thoughtful touches like that made it even better. Highly recommend this place for a laid-back, fun escape! ✨

Ellie’s beach house had everything we needed and more. The host was very responsive and helpful when needed. The place was clean, quiet, free of clutter and had a beautiful view. We will certainly look to stay again if ever in the area.

Dave was a great host, and very responsive. The place was cozy, well decorated, spacious and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay! The outdoor space was great for the dogs, and the area was great for walking to take in the Scenery of Placentia.

Beautiful home in a peaceful friendly neighborhood. The house is exactly as described and we felt very much at home. The house was equipped with everything we needed for our perfect stay. This was our second time staying at Maria’s home and hopefully will get the chance to stay there again.

we stayed for three nights as a family vacation with two small children, we absolutely loved there was things for the kids to do around the property. the view was absolutely gorgeous and so peaceful. it's not far from two beautiful beaches. johnny went above and beyond and was very fast at responding to questions. my only regret is not staying longer, will definitely be returning next year.

Wonderful warm welcome from Rodney’s next door neighbour who was out on his porch doing his woodworking projects when we arrived . The location was picturesque out on the balcony . The hot tub was relaxing morning and night watching the harbour life. We had beautiful walks and found a local craft shop just a walk up the road . Rodney left gifts and lots of extras around the kitchen pantry and fridge⚓️ Many thanks for a wonderful stay 😊
