Patricia really went above and beyond to help make our stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible, which can be hard to do when traveling with an infant! Having an easy to use pack and play at the airbnb was awesome and we really enjoyed being able to check in early and store our luggage for a late flight after check out. The home is truly a character home and so beautiful. The location is a quick walk to downtown St John's (less than 10 minutes easily) but definitely a bit of an uphill hike back - not a problem for my husband and I, but more of a workout with a stroller and my 60 year old parents found the hike up a bit more challenging (but still doable!). We would definitely stay here again!

Great location for downtown St John’s, pretty much anything you’re looking for is within walking distance. Lovely heritage home that allowed our group to stay together one last day & night reminiscing about our East Coast Trail experiences.

We had a great stay, our group was 4 couples, ages 45-50. There was plenty of room with enough bedrooms, bathrooms and living space and the house was very clean. Patricia was responsive and flexible with check in and let us leave our bags in the garage at checkout so we could come back and get them before our flight. The area is busy so traffic is loud at times but this was expected and did not bother us. We walked downtown to George and Water street many times to visit the many restaurants and pubs, about 15 minutes downhill. The walk back up the hill was difficult but we did it several times. We were warned about walking through some areas between our place and downtown due to a “rough area” so we just avoided it and walked a bit further out of the way with no issues. Patricia’s place was perfect for our needs, a short uber to Signal Hill, Quiddy Viddy and downtown if you don’t want to walk the hill. The longest uber we took was to Cape Spear, 20min and totally worth it. Thank-you!

We thoroughly enjoyed Beth’s AirBNB. It was warm and inviting, and very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the backyard patio for morning coffee or after dinner drinks! Walking distance to many great places, this is a perfect place to stay while in St. John’s!

It was our first time at St. John’s and David’s bnb was the perfect bnb for our group of five people. The place is better than the pictures and the house had everything for a long stay.

Derek and Ana have a great place in a great location. We had to extend our stay and were very accommodating. We look forward to staying there again the future

Wonderful stay for our family trip. The location is amazing, walkable to downtown st johns. The house is very cosy and we enjoyed our evenings in. The bedroom in the top floor was very spacious and it had all the required amenities. Communication with host is good, they were kind and flexible to allow us an early check in as our flight was earlier. Thank you and would def recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. It was clean top-to-bottom, had a well-equipped kitchen and the beds were very comfortable. The location was great: right at the base of Signal Hill and within easy walking distance of all the restaurants and shops on Water Street. We had been a bit concerned about noise from the harbor but it ended up not being an issue -- we had no problem sleeping, and it was fun to watch the ships coming and going. Parking was easy and convenient - on the driveway right in front of the unit. We contacted We Host a couple of times during our visit and they were very responsive. We highly recommend this property and would happily stay again on our next visit to St. John's

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The space was cozy and well taken care of, and the host was friendly and easy to communicate with. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We stayed at Chris’ place near Quidi Vidi and it was an absolute perfect spot! It was a great quiet area with a local grocery store, little shops, and a restaurant right down the street. The accommodations were exactly as described and shown in the pictures and Chris was very responsive and was willing to provide information on tours, restaurants and other places to visit in the city. We didn’t take him up on that as we had a friend that toured us around but the offer was there. If we were ever back in St. John’s I would definitely stay again. Ubers to downtown were between $8 and $10 which was really reasonable. I would definitely recommend the location, it was perfect for 2 but could accommodate up to 4.

Morris was extremely accommodating to any requests we had. The house is absolutely gorgeous. the location is very convenient to shops (loved getting morning croissants at the Postmasters Bakery around the corner) and to hiking at Signal Hill. Easy walk to the Rooms museum and Bannerman Park. We loved our time there and will definitely be back!

Our stay was great. The house exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful and exceptionally clean. Host had everything you could need there. I felt very comfortable and at ease. Kelly was very quick to respond to us. We never spoke in person but by text was fast and friendly. I would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful, and extremely clean place you should book kelly's place.

We loved staying at the Jelly Bean Row house on Bond street. It was in an ideal location to walk to many restaurants and pubs. We enjoyed our time at this AirBnB.

Perfect spot for groups of 2 or more. It was beautiful, very clean and a great layout! An easy ride to downtown, Signal Hill, Quidi Vidi and grocery stores. The neighbourhood was very quiet with a beautiful drive through an older area of St John’s making for an unexpected surprise. We will be back!

Hi Nyasha. Our stay was great, thank you! Here are some constructive comments to make your place even better. The door on the dishwasher needs to be fixed. It free falls instead of a controlled opening. The bedroom in the garage was a surprise. We didn’t use the bbq, but your instructions referred to putting on the cover for it. There wasn’t one. The tub and sink in the main bathroom upstairs need to be cleared out. They drained slowly. Paul

My stay with Erin was great! She is an incredibly friendly and helpful host. She made my start in St. Johns a lot easier with great tips and was very open. I immediately felt at home, the accommodation was very comfortable and in a perfect location. I would come back again and again!

It was very kind of you to let us extend checkout. We highly recommend your place! The home is very tastefully decorated. The bedrooms are very spacious upstairs & the beds were soft. Note that there are quite a few stairs to the upstairs & to the family room downstairs so if you have mobility issues, this may be a consideration. The house is located a very walkable distance to Water Street where there are many options for dining. We enjoyed meals at Yellowbelly Pub, Celtic Hearth, Duke of Gloucester and the Keg. A visit to Signal Hill is a must for incredible views, as is visiting the Cape Spear Lighthouse. The Quidi Vidi brewery is nearby where Iceberg beer is made. Note that parking is very limited here and the Wharf dining option is in fact a number of food trucks and a beer tent.

Beautiful and comfy home. Beds were comfortable and it was nice to have an ensuite with each bedroom. Great location close to downtown-a short ride
