What a fantastic place! Sue and Roy were super helpful throughout - really clear instructions and communication. The space was clean and well stocked with breakfast bits, tea and coffee and everything we could want and need. The area is a quiet village, and our hosts were great in giving recommendations for food and helping us get taxis to a local venue we were attending. Both Sue and Roy were really friendly and went above and beyond with making sure we had the best stay. They were definitely best hosts we have had before. We would absolutely recommend this place!

We have just returned home after spending 2 nights at the annex over the Twixmas period. What a fabulous property this is. It was so warm and cosy. We truly appreciated the addition of the Xmas decorations, along with the wonderful welcome hamper provided. We met Sheila on our final day and so pleased to meet in person. Lovely lady and truly a super host. We would highly recommend this property for all your holiday needs. A true home from home in a great location, close to all the amenities in Bedale. we had a wonderful 1 night stay at the bungalow. Helen, our host was quick to respond to any questions and the place was clean, tidy and well equipped for everything we needed.

Rob’s place is exactly as described. Bed was super comfortable. There was a large bathroom and the annexe was super clean. Breakfast cereals & milk were much appreciated. Met Rob and he recommended the Oak Tree pub for dinner, which turned out to be a great choice. We really enjoyed our one night stay in the annexe. I highly recommend a stay here rather than a hotel room.
