Vacation rentals with a home theater in New York

Very nice studio apartment. Nice sitting area next to the canal. The neighborhood is very nice as well. Safe, clean and friendly area. There is a nice restaurant within walking distance called Smuggler Jacks, that has very good seafood. The Clam bar is another must if you’re staying here, it’s a short drive and well worth it. Overall just a great place to stay and a nice area to visit.

We had a good time staying at this place. House is clean and roomy as pictures. Host is very responsive and helpful. Parking is quite a challenge in this neighborhood. However, you can park on Ave E and walk back to the house at night. You MUST check out Bayonne Street Sweeping Schedule or you will get a ticket.

Tiffany was very communicative and welcoming! Her space is only a couple blocks from the nearest Subway stop. I had never stayed in Harlem before but would definitely visit again.

Thank you for letting us stay at your place—our stay was peaceful and enjoyable. I stayed with my family including (3 kids) and the place was spacious and comfortable for us, the house was very clean and well-organized, which my family and I truly appreciated, it was their first time in this country for my cousins and they had a great time they visited the park, the mall and surrounding areas that are relatively close to the area where the Airbnb is located and very walkable. Absolutely fantastic stay! The Airbnb on the water exceeded all our expectations. The views were breathtaking, with stunning sunrises and tranquil evenings by the water. The home was impeccably clean, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated, making it a perfect retreat. The host, Alan, was incredibly hospitable and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, it’s conveniently close to many great restaurants and sightseeing spots, making it an ideal location for exploring the area. Magdalena's place was perfect. I'd firstly like to address the few comments about noise. We had no problems at all. We slept very soundly in the comfy beds after busy days in NYC. Obviously it's a residential area opposite shops/eateries, so occasional background noise is to be expected, but we didn't even consider the need to use the white noise machines or earplugs provided. The apartment itself was huge, very clean, and with excellent facilities. Excellent transport links to NYC right outside the apartment. As a host Magdalena was wonderful. Very quick responses if we needed to ask a question before or during our stay. Can't thank her enough.

My family and I ....which included 2 toddlers (4&5) stayed here for a few days around the Easter holiday for a mini staycation. We had a phenomenal time. The Frozen themed room....well my girls wanted to pack it up and take it with them. Miss Margaret was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean and spacious and had all the list of amenities and if you needed something Margaret was on top of it she is very responsive and welcoming. I highly recommend staying here and my family and I will surely be back if she'll have us 🙂

ELEANOR WAS THE BEST HOST EVER!!The house was very clean,easy to find very safe neighborhood.She helped me a lot when it came to asking numerous questions I had about travel and how to get around.she also made sure I had some snacks for when I arrived.Very thoughtful of her. My only complaint was the neighbors above us. They were super loud all through the night (almost thought they were tap dancers) because they were so loud. I honestly don’t think they sleep at all! It was very loud through out the day and night.. if you don’t mind the loudness then you will be okay! But other than that it was a terrific stay..and Eleanor was absolutely wonderful 🩷

The house was perfect for us and had everything we needed. Faye was so kind (brought a gift for my granddaughter), dropped off extra blankets in case we needed them and was very responsive. Just a really great host. I would definitely stay there again.

My eight year old daughter and I stayed here for five nights. This place has value written all over it! The breakfast across the street is good. The pizza place within a five minutes walk at night is quality. It’s worth every penny! It’s a shared space, so you have to be flexible. Eric was very responsive, and at every turn, willing to make accommodations. You don’t get to go to New York and stay five days for less than this. Yeah, you can stay in New Jersey for about the same price, but tolls in and of the city will add up to more than a nights stay here. Also, from NJ, it’ll take you an hour if not more to get into the city!… and then you have to park! No tolls to the city once you’ve arrived at Eric’s place. Located in an up and coming neighborhood, places of this value won’t be around long. Highly recommended while the opportunity is here!

What an amazing home! The space was not only spotless and beautifully maintained, but it also had so much character. The theatre room was the standout feature, super cozy with oversized beanbags and the perfect setup for movie nights. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The location was great, and the overall vibe of the place made it feel like a fun getaway while still being relaxing and comfortable. The host was very responsive and made sure everything went smoothly from check in to check out. Highly recommend this one of a kind stay, we’ll definitely be back!

THIS A THE PERFECT PLACE FOR FAMILY WITH CHILDREN. LOTS OF ACTIVITY FOR CHILDREN, CLEAN, CONVENIENT, AND COMFORTABLE. I WOULD RENT THIS PLACE ALL OVER AGAIN IF NEED BE.

We liked staying there whenever we needed something, the person in charge was always on the lookout, I highly recommend them when they go to stay in that place. The cleanliness, courtesy, the space inside the house is super spacious. I really loved the house a lot, the bedrooms are very large, a nice kitchen and a huge yard for any event we have when we are staying in those places. I highly recommend

The place was peaceful and quiet. The layout of the house was great. Plenty of space for kids to play. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Would certainly recommend the place. It’s is 10 mins drive away from American Dream water park.

Nanonte was a gracious and friendly host. The house was spotless and so entertaining. The bedroom was warm and cozy, just like she promised and her dog Parker was the best. The subway stop is right at the corner. We would definitely stay there again.

Firstly, the place is reasonably close to the PATH station by walking (~10mins), which then will get you to NYC in less than 15mins by PATH. The surrounding area is very lively even until night. Not loud, but alive in a good way. Not dodgy and all. Restaurants and CVS are just right around the corner. The house and amenities are clean, very well maintained. The room is as pictured. Not too big, but i would say it’s enough. Bathroom is exceptionally clean. Pranay is super nice and very responsive. He’s very reasonable and a great host. Lastly, i feel that we get what we paid for. It’s very reasonable, not overpriced. Very simple and straightforward. So yeah, we’re satisfied with everything. Thanks for hosting us.

A perfect stay, I'd recommend it unseen! I had a great time at this listing. Everything was as described. The apartment was impeccably clean, very well-equipped, and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable, the bedding was quality. The location is ideal: quiet but close to everything, with shops and transport nearby. And above all, the host was very kind, very responsive and attentive throughout the stay. Everything is very well indicated to reach New York in a very short time. A beautiful artist stay in Brooklyn, the room is sunny and the bed is perfect. Very nice vibe & electro set!
