This was a fabulous spot for an extended weekend in New York! Super accessible to many subway lines, spacious (for NYC, this place was massive!), modern, clean and comfortable. The bed was comfy, the kitchen was well equipped for making small meals, the rooftop was beautiful, and the staff were responsive and nice. We would absolutely stay here again!

Todo estuvo muy bien la atención por parte de Bruno, lo flexible que fue con nosotros porque nuestro vuelo llegó temprano, el alojamiento está tal cual las fotografías, cerca de estaciones para poder llegar a Nueva York, siempre muy atento con nosotros, todo estuvo perfecto seguramente regresamos, servicio de 10 gracias!

I had a great time, attended a local concert with a friend of mine and it was close by. Not even a five minute lyft ride. There was a restaurant right across the street, the gym was perfect, and the deck overlooking Newark while looking over the water to New York City. Will rebook next time I'm in town.

Modern & Quiet Serenity Getaway Enhanced Cleaning

It was a nice stay! I came for a concert and stayed alone but still felt pretty safe and secure with the dogs upstairs lol and the cameras (upon entering and leaving property). Place is very clean, smelled very good upon entry. TV selection options were nice most bnbs lack that. Kitchen was wonderful. The robes were a great touch, all the towels and sheets smelled super clean. Can hear some noise upstairs but I think that’s from the dogs running around and stuff (not a major deal unless a light sleeper) I loved the desk and full body mirror made it a plus with getting ready and doing makeup. I would stay here again! 5 stars all around, thanks for having me with a pretty accurate description:)

L'appartamento è spazioso e in una zona tranquilla grazie anche al fatto che a pochi metri di distanza c'è una stazione della polizia. Le fermate della metropolitana sono a pochi minuti a piedi come anche dei mini market. Il check in è molto flessibile e la proprietaria Enid è molto disponibile, infatti ci ha dato ampia disponibilità anche per il giorno del check out visto che avevamo il volo la sera. Offre anche la possibilità di lenzuola ed asciugamani in più al bisogno. Noi eravamo i 5 e siamo stati benissimo. Consigliato

Vlakbij het station die je in 30 minuten naar Exchange place waar je de metro neemt naar New York (WTC) Oftewel echt een aanrader.

My family enjoyed our stay at Tanya’s place. The house was beautiful and the rooms were spacious. Tanya’s recommendations were helpful, and there was plenty to do in Harlem, including shopping, restaurants and a comedy club. However, we spent most of our time in downtown Manhattan, which was an easy train ride away. Great NY vacay!

숙소는 정말 좋았습니다 저희는 뉴욕 여행을 하고 싶었지만 budget issue로 뉴저지에 숙소를 잡았습니다 근처에 대형 마트도 있고 NJ transit bus 정거장과 hoboken station도 있어서 path를 탈 수도 있습니다 또한 가까운 거리에 허드슨 강가의 공원도 있어서 뉴욕의 전경을 멋지게 찍을 수도 있습니다 이 숙소를 뉴욕 여행을 오는 사람들에게 무조건적으로 추천합니다 합리적인 가격으로 뉴욕 여행을 즐길 수도 있고 근처에 괜찮은 음식점들과 카페들도 위치하고 있는 넓은 숙소는 이곳밖에 없을 것이라고 생각합니다 :) 물론 호텔만큼의 어메너티는 없지만 그것를 뛰어넘는 장점들이 많습니다!
