Had an enjoyable stay at Tessie's place. The apartment is located just a stone's throw away from The Westin Hotel and Residences Manila and Shangri-la EDSA Hotel. Both 5 star luxury hotels located in premier city addresses all over the world.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. It’s a perfect spot for a barkada getaway—spacious, comfortable, and convenient. Highly recommend this place and would definitely return!

We are a repeat guests over and over. Ms Ida’s unit is one of our favorite airbnb place. It has become our go to. But unfortunately, her studio is not always avail. It’s always booked and it’s not surprising to my daughter and I. The bed is super comfy!!! The location is perfect, super quiet, very clean and just so perfect for two♥️ Huge thanks to Ms Ida and her caretaker cleaner, Ate Luz for making our stay so spot on!

Here's a breakdown of our experience: State-of-the-Art Facilities: The place boasts high-technology equipment that caters to both leisure and business travelers. The modern amenities are designed to enhance comfort and convenience, making it a standout choice for tech-savvy guests. Impeccable Cleanliness: Cleanliness is evidently a priority at Nads Place Manila. The entire area, including the swimming pool, is kept in pristine condition. The pool is inviting and well-maintained, offering a perfect spot to relax and unwind. Comfortable Accommodation: The rooms are exceptionally clean and well-furnished, providing a cozy and comfortable environment. The attention to detail in maintaining the rooms ensures a pleasant stay, allowing guests to feel at ease and rejuvenated. Exceptional Staff and Service: The staff at Nads Place Manila are incredibly accommodating and attentive.

Sustain: - great communication with hosts - optional parking space close to elevator - inviting and attentive reception staff - incredible helper provided for check in - 5 star location and property is very tidy - pool is serviced daily - instructions for laundry are clear and unit works great - beds are restful and clean, smell great - bathrooms are well maintained and clean - air conditioner in rooms work well - silverware and cooking set provided is good - competitively priced for location - overall 4.5 / 5 stars! improve: - listing instructions are clear but I suggest directional bearings (N, S, E, W) - address provided for listing is incorrect and taking Grab or a taxi will send you behind the building entrance. - air conditioner in common area is quite chilly even set to higher temperatures. - main door to balcony has a pinch point flaw with locking mechanism, suggest to service door or update instructions to tilt handle upwards before engaging lock.

Monariz was a wonderful host, The place was clean and had all the amenities that I needed, felt right at home. The Front desk Security was friendly and active 24/7 no matter what time I returned to residence. The residence was In a convenient location and many restaurants and markets were in walkable distance, I enjoyed going to the park right up the block for my morning runs. would definitely recommend the place if you're looking for something that's convenient to the surrounding manila area!

We were a group with small children and the space worked out perfectly for us. It's a true 3-bedroom condo. The space was clean. A/C worked in all the rooms. Communication with the host was excellent. They were very responsive to all our needs and gave great recommendations. The property itself was in a great location. It was walking distance to many restaurants, stores, and a shopping center. Most importantly, we felt safe. Although, if you are a light sleeper, I'd suggest bringing a noise machine. Two of the rooms have windows that face the main street and the noise can be loud all hours of the night. Otherwise, this was a great property.

The location is perfect—close to the mall and other places. The parking spot near the elevator was super convenient. The room was spacious, but I wish there was a proper dining table instead of the bar table. The bed and pillows were a bit too firm, but the host provided softer pillows.

Stayed here for 9 nights. Great ambiance. The location of the condo is very close to Venice Grand Canal Mall, there are lots of convenience stores around. The condo was a great place to stay and relax. It also has a fast internet connection. Also, Ms. Sherry is one of the most responsive and kindest host. Will definitely recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at this Star Wars-themed Airbnb! The room was creatively decorated and full of little details that made it magical for the kids. They especially loved playing on the Nintendo Switch and watching movies on the projector. It was a cozy, fun, and memorable experience — perfect for families. Highly recommend!

good location, a good walk to all prime spots in the area, host is very responsive, sent very clear instructions prior to check in, concierge and security were pleasant.

By far the best airbnb I’ve stayed. Aldrick’s place is clean and comfortable. Everything was well provided for. The beds, linens, pillows and towels were clean, fresh and comfortable. Aldrick was also responsive with our chat and communicated with us well with clear instructions on the house rules. The unit is very homey and comfortable, and everything is fresh and clean! And the amenities he provided were generous. Which really impressed us. The location itsellf is very convenient. Just within the vicinity of the building there is a small shopping mall with a grocery store, some restos and watsons pharmacy. This will be my go to place now whenever I will visit manila.

We’ve stayed in this unit three times now, and each visit has been wonderful. While we haven’t met Ms. Rosalie in person, she has always been a very accommodating host. Her instructions are always clear, and the unit is consistently clean, offering a relaxing space to return to after our trip to EK. ☺️

We had a wonderful time at Rachelle's place! The location was perfect, with a wide variety of restaurants and shops just steps away. The room was exceptionally clean and had a lovely, fresh scent. Rachelle was a truly responsive and helpful Host as she provided clear instructions for our checking in and out. We'll definitely be booking again in the future.

The unit had a great location. Near a park, restaurants, stores, had 7/11 on the ground floor which was very convenient for guests staying for several days. The linens were clean and Daniel sent Care Taker to clean and change towels in the middle of our stay. Having a Washing machine is a big plus. There were minor updates and renovations that could improve the look when completed. In summary, we had a pleasant stay. Might consider booking unit again in the future.

Ms Anne was so responsive from when I was still inquiring about her place until check out. She gave detailed instructions that you don’t need to ask a lot of questions anymore. Her staff, Sir June, helped us with checking in and out, which makes it more convenient and helpful, especially when you’re not familiar with the place. The place was so accessible and is just a walking distance to MOA and SMX. We felt really at home during our stay. Overall, it was a great experience!

sobrang comfy magstay sa place na to and sobrang bait ni ate Leyn . ang bilis din nya magresponse kapag nagtanong ka sa kanya and kinakamusta nya pa yung mga nagcheccheck in kung okay ba 😊 and ang lapit lang ng place sa mga pwedeng puntahan na pasyalan . and dami rin store hindi mahihirapan mamili ng food , also meron din honesty store sa unit and may pafree pa . super recommended , sure na babalikan namin kapag need namin ng place to stay .
