The building was well maintained. Staff were very courteous and friendly. The unit is nice and neat, and as it is in the picture. Ralf was accommodating and very responsive to any questions. It was a real peaceful place especially if you just want a restful staycation. Thanks Ralf and to the staff for the hospitality and courteous service.

The place is perfect! • Sleeping: 1 Double Bed with single Pull-out plus a Sofa Bed. • Kitchen: You can cook! • Wifi: Quite fast. They have Netflix. • Toilet: Very clean! The washing machine is a bonus. • Balcony: Facing the pool area. • Pool Area: Amazing! • Location: Near the elevator. Alfamart is just around the corner on the Ground Floor. • Host: Very responsive and attentive to our needs despite the holidays (Highly appreciate this) This unit is highly recommended! We will definitely book again.

Ideal for family staycation the host is so responsive easy to check-in clear instructions nice boardgames we had a lot of fun on janga and scramble hehe 😅 Nice play smells nice atall i must say, reccommendable. Sadly we haven't had a time to swim because of the time and holiday fees too expensive also. Hihi next time probably. Thank You

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Toshi/Maricar’s condo unit, and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations in every way. The space is not only clean and well-maintained but also thoughtfully designed to ensure maximum comfort and convenience. The unit is tastefully decorated, with modern furnishings and a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials I needed for our stay. I also appreciated the strong Wi-Fi connection, which made it easy to work and stay connected during my time there. One of the highlights of the unit is its excellent location. It’s conveniently close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Maricar was also an exceptional host—very responsive.

We stayed KC's place for 4 days and 3 nights. We really liked her place because it was clean and spacious. All the amenities mentioned were there and balcony's view is a Plus!!!! We recommend that you do your grocery ahead of time since the nearest convenience store is a bit far from the place. Overall experience was nice and worth it. And we really appreciate KC for being so responsive for all the queries. Thank you!

The place was great, it's close to a lot of establishments so there's a lot of options to choose from. The unit itself was clean, a lot of things were provided. For myself and my family, spending two nights at JC's place—including NYE—was a lovely and memorable experience. to observe various fireworks from a broad perspective. JC addressed all of my concerns with great promptness. The location is reasonably priced and very convenient. We will definitely make another reservation here.

The unit was very cozy, clean, homey and nice. It was very accessible to establishments and transportation as well. Walking distance from Moa and just 20-30 mins from the airport less the traffic. The employee from the establishment were also friendly and helpful. With regards to the Hosts, Jerrah and Joseph were very accomodating, Friendly, helpful and responsive from questions or inquiries. They made sure that we had a wondeful experience staying at their Unit and indeed we had. I did not experience any issues or problems. Thank you once again Jerrah, Jay and Joseph. Until next time. 😁👍 highly recommended for short and long stay, if you want a hassle-free vacation.

the place is spot on clean .. clean sheets.. spacious unit.. water pressure is good too.. blanket is a bit small for two peeps sleeping together.. but still stay is superb! we slept well too, because the bed, pillows and sheets are all good quality.. aircon is cold too.. not noisy.. it allowed us to sleep comfortably. Thank you so much for having us, looking forward to our next Stay!

Despite my last-minute booking, Ms. Lorie has been very accommodating. She provided clear and detailed instructions. She also answered my questions promptly. Her unit is clean, well-equipped and peaceful. Even though it's close to the main road, we we're still able to rest soundly. I'm already looking forward to staying in her unit again.

Casa Diamante PH is a great home away from home. That spacious place gave me and my family a sense of comfort and relaxation that we have been looking for in an AirBnB unit. The place is really well-maintained and has a good ventilation. Ms. Sharmaine is also a great host as she responds quickly, not to mention that she is also very accommodating. We will definitely go back to Casa Diamante PH.

Peaceful and comfortable stay. Unit has excellent A/C units in every room, whisper quite. Great location in Newport City with easy access to restaurants and shopping. Had no problem ordering Grab pickups to get around. Staff were pleasant and courteous. Host is quick to respond. Would stay here again.

Lorna's place felt like a home away from home. The comfortable and welcoming atmosphere made for a truly relaxing stay. Ma'am Delfa was incredibly accommodating – we were able to check in early thanks to her flexibility, and she even offered to help us with our luggages which went above and beyond our expectations. It was a great stay. Although concern lang aq sa prang walang exhaust sa bathroom or maybe hindi ko lang napansin. Nagka LBM kasi aq nun (which was my fault) so I was frequently in the bathroom and ang tagal before mawala yung amoy. Overall, the unit was as expected and I like how responsive the host and accommodating yung guards and the staff. Thank you!

The room is clean, comfy, smells nice and was very cozy/inviting. Toiletries were provided and the bathroom and kitchenette were well-kept. Ac, heated water, bidet added to our comfort. Cedrick the host was very helpful throughout the process, and responsive to our queries even before we finalized the booking. He guided us through the check-in, helped with our luggage, and graciously assisted in setting up parking for 2 nights. Check-out was smooth as well. Highly recommend!
