Worth the price. Easy to commute. Has a lot of kitchen utensils and equipment. The aircon is not that cold but there is a fan so totally fine. Fast wifi as well. Highly recommended! Looking forward to stay again

This place is 10/10. Extremely clean Location is right across Greenbelt The building def feels very safe, securities were very vigiland who comes in and out of the building. The bed is very comfortable. The whole apartment is fully equipped. Jules is very responsive whenever help is needed. Highly recommended if you’re in Manila.

Aside from the location (real easy access, close to everything), the space is super pet-friendly. 🥹 no exposed cables, no small spaces to crawl into, and place was real minimalist and clean. recommended!!

Janelle was very accommodating! One of the best accommodations I have ever had when visiting Manila from Iloilo. I can't wait to come back and recommend her place to my colleagues. The place was really clean and smells so good. It's near fast food chains like McDonald's, Jollibee, Starbucks, Dunkin, 7 Eleven and etc. if you want a quick bite during wee hours. They are just a few walks away and visible from the room's window. The area is also easy to locate and the neighborhood is very nice with the right amount of peace and quite. If you're looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend Janelle's place! Thank you so much!

Definitely one of the prettiest listings I’ve stayed! It is well designed and carefully decorated. Unit has everything I needed for a short stay. Also to Dan, very friendly and responsive, any time of the day! Truly enjoyed my stay, and would have wanted to stay longer. Will truly recommend this place to family and friends visiting the area. 💕

Really appreciate first of all the seamless check in and also clear instructions provided up front! The place is really neat, and the bathroom is very spacious. Kris was also very easy to contact considering we booked just a day before the check in.

Overall satisfied! The place was great; clean, complete and perfect spot to have peaceful staycation. The hosts was very very accomodating. Main purpose of our stay was for me to propose to my gf. I was looking all over airbnb that can accomodate my request to have a surprise decor for my engagement proposal and I was lucky I found this listing. I'm so glad that Ms. Verlisa and Sir. Junifer accomodated my request, from the decors of the balloons, lightings, setting up the place. They are coordinating me from the beggining of preparations until the night of the actual surprise. It was so incredible and memorable for us! Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful stay! The interior of the place is beautiful, and it was equipped with everything we needed – complete furniture, appliances, and all the essentials which were especially helpful since we were traveling with our toddler. The place was also very clean and had a lovely, fresh scent. One of our favorite features was the hot and cold shower, perfect for our toddler who loves warm baths. The host was incredibly accommodating. She was always in touch, checking in to make sure we were settled and comfortable, and always offered to help with anything we needed. We highly recommend this place and hope to stay here again the next time we're in Manila!

This place is amazing! I will definitely come back here next Philippines trip. My mates from Australia enjoyed the room. I suggest a washing machine would be convenient as the unit has a balcony and you can hang your clothes there!! Thanks Therese for being prompt with queries

An exceptional stay! Adrian was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, always checking in to make sure everything was perfect. My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

Our stay was great. The airbnb was clean and it felt right at home. Walkable distance to almost everything, nightlife bars/clubs/restaurants/malls. Wonderful place and a great location.
