This Suit has its own entrance, off street parking, sunny deck, one queen bed, full bathroom with shower, small kitchenette with range and smart TV. There are three small steps to enter the suit. The property is on the Lakeside of HWY 28 of Lake Tahoe yet not lake front. Peaceful street steps to the lake with filtered views from the sunny deck. No need to drive anywhere this suit is located next to great restaurants, mini golf and casinos are right up the road. There is no AC.

ON THE TRUCKEE RIVER right in the historic downtown area, our little place is a 2 block walk to restaurants and shopping. You’ll love our place because you can sit inside or in bed and watch the river flow by. It's a peaceful place, new and modern, private and the middle of it all. It's not just a place to stay, it's a destination. QUIET people only please. We have a firm sofa sleeper. we have a couple of other mattresses we can bring in if you prefer a softer bed.
