With all new appliances including a gas stove, a record player with plenty of records to choose from and organic cotton bedding on a very comfy king bed, you won’t want to leave! Guests have access to a washer and dryer and can request any special items they need. Memory foam sleeping mats are also available. The walk is only 3-5 min to shops, bars, and restaurants!

Stay in a cozy updated Miner's cabin! This is a sweet older but updated home full of Nevada City old time charm. Note that bedrooms are attached to each other, but the back one does have an exit to outside. The set up is ideal for families with children or groups that do not require a lot of privacy from each other. Enjoy an easy walk to downtown Nevada City, and a close drive to many nature spots. This cozy beautiful studio apt is spacious and comfortable enough for a full months stay or a weekend away. Off street parking is private and free. We love DOGS so feel free to bring your pup. With just less than a 10 min drive to the beautiful crystal blue swimming pools of the Yuba River this will truly be your gateway to relax and unwind or for a fun adventure in the Sierra.

Beautiful house close to town and in the trees

Cancellations due to fire or Smokey air -allowed. Fragrance free cleaning products Wood floors, washer/dryer stocked kitchen Central heat. Air conditioning. High end mattresses. The house is off of a main road close to downtown Nevada City but in the tallest trees. There is some car noise during rush hour but none of that can be heard from inside of this very well insulated house. No loud parties. We do host dogs and occasionally cats.
