Mediterráneo Regensburg Countryside Apartments

Live in a green and quiet area for holidays called "Regensburger Land" just 10 km far from the world heritage city of Regensburg. You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style. Our guests are happy with the full furnished (we prefer natural wood) and fully equipped apartement that is able to serve for up to 4 peoble. We would like to recommend it especially to couples for holidays in Bavaria, Germany or couples with one or two children.

This very well-equipped, modern apartment, with over 100 square meters (1,076 square feet) of living space, is located in a two-family house with a large terrace and a very large garden. The apartment is located in the idyllic village of "Maria Thalheim". There you will find a bakery (with daily groceries), a butcher and an Italian restaurant with a beer garden in the immediate vicinity. In summer, the natural swimming lake (walking distance) invites you to swim and relax.

The 41 m² apartment with its own entrance and access to the garden is attached to the main house as a granny flat and is located in a quiet residential area with the city and shopping nearby (nearest supermarket 200 meters). Close to the Danube Gorge, Altmühl Valley and Hundertwasser Tower. Other things to note ⭐ Ideal for business travelers: quiet location, private entrance, parking directly at the property, and a fully equipped kitchen for longer stays.

Apartment A - Small apartment for transit travelers

Family-friendly apartments in Hallertau (Niederumelsdorf near Siegenburg), in a quiet location and close to the A93. Ideal base for trips to Regensburg, Ingolstadt, or Munich. In Siegenburg (4 km), you will find restaurants, shopping, and an outdoor swimming pool. For families, bicycles, toys, table tennis, foosball, and an outdoor play area are available. Spacious first floor apartment (approx. 130 square meters) in an idyllic location. Separate entrance with covered seating, small sun terrace and cozy fitted kitchen. Apartment has Wi-Fi, satellite TV, central heating, washing machine and free parking. Storage facilities for bicycles and motorcycles are also available (prior arrangement necessary). McDonalds, bakery and supermarkets (REWE, V-Markt) only 500 m away and within easy walking distance.

We offer you a semi-detached house with two equally equipped, cozy apartments in a new natural main house with a very special ambience. These two apartments can each accommodate up to 6 people. They have a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious sofa and a wood-burning stove for soothing warmth. Now you can also enjoy the cottage magic in the wellness parlor with us. This is accessible for both apartments and is located in the basement.

Holiday apartment 1

The apartment is in the newly renovated attic of a listed large house in 2023/24 (after a major fire in 2022 in the house, everything was completely renovated). It is well equipped, cozy and offers plenty of space for families with children. Wi-Fi, TV and a play corner are included. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Dogs can be brought along. There are two cats in the house: Mimi and Sally.

Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
