In Siegenburg (4 km), you will find restaurants, shopping, and an outdoor swimming pool. For families, bicycles, toys, table tennis, foosball, and an outdoor play area are available. Your accommodation is located southwest of the city centre and is in the "Grüne Mitte" - an exceptionally large and green residential quarter in the Kumpfmühl district. The old town can be reached by bus, bike or car in about 10 minutes. The apartment is located 2.6 km from the city centre/ approx. 30 minutes on foot. The accommodation, which consists of a 35 sqm living and sleeping area including bathroom, can be reached via a separate entrance (terrace).

Spacious first floor apartment (approx. 130 square meters) in an idyllic location. Separate entrance with covered seating, small sun terrace and cozy fitted kitchen. Apartment has Wi-Fi, satellite TV, central heating, washing machine and free parking. Storage facilities for bicycles and motorcycles are also available (prior arrangement necessary). McDonalds, bakery and supermarkets (REWE, V-Markt) only 500 m away and within easy walking distance.

The apartment is in the newly renovated attic of a listed large house in 2023/24 (after a major fire in 2022 in the house, everything was completely renovated). It is well equipped, cozy and offers plenty of space for families with children. Wi-Fi, TV and a play corner are included. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Dogs can be brought along. There are two cats in the house: Mimi and Sally.
