Stammham is located in Upper Bavaria, about 12 km north of Ingolstadt/Audi, 5 minutes by car to the A9, Munich 55 minutes, Regensburg approx. 1 hour, Nuremberg 55 minutes, Ingolstadt Village 10 minutes, to the Danube Gorge approx. 30 minutes and to the Altmühltal Nature Park about 13 minutes. We have a Netto supermarket, restaurants, butchers, bakers, a doctor and a Raiffeisenbank in the village.

In Siegenburg (4 km), you will find restaurants, shopping, and an outdoor swimming pool. For families, bicycles, toys, table tennis, foosball, and an outdoor play area are available. Your accommodation is located southwest of the city centre and is in the "Grüne Mitte" - an exceptionally large and green residential quarter in the Kumpfmühl district. The old town can be reached by bus, bike or car in about 10 minutes. The apartment is located 2.6 km from the city centre/ approx. 30 minutes on foot. The accommodation, which consists of a 35 sqm living and sleeping area including bathroom, can be reached via a separate entrance (terrace).

Holiday apartment 1

The apartment is in the newly renovated attic of a listed large house in 2023/24 (after a major fire in 2022 in the house, everything was completely renovated). It is well equipped, cozy and offers plenty of space for families with children. Wi-Fi, TV and a play corner are included. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Dogs can be brought along. There are two cats in the house: Mimi and Sally.

Studio apartment/vacation apartment - bright spot

Stay in the stylish and quietly located studio apartment in the heart of Gersthofen. The apartment offers an attractive location with good access to the A8 highway to Munich, Ulm and Stuttgart. The light-flooded apartment is located in the attic of our house (2nd floor). It was newly built in 2020 and with its 100 m² offers plenty of space to stay. On the large loggia you can sit in the evening sun or have breakfast outside. A washing machine and dryer can be used in the basement.
