Super welcoming, clean environment and the owner super friendly and helpful if needed!

We were totally happy with our stay at Stefano's and Lucia's appartment. The checkin was easy via key box (and Stefano's instructions), the appartment super cozy (+the beds were comfortable) and everything in Anzio can be reached via walking (although it's roughly 15 min to the city core / the beach). We stayed in March in enjoyed the sunny terrace and the proximity to the sea. Will be happy, to visit again! :)

The apartment was exactly as pictured and was very inviting. The hostess's daughter was concerned and very friendly. The central location is perfect for exploring the city on foot – everything is very close. The apartment is well equipped and has all the necessary utensils you need for a comfortable stay. The windows are well insulated, which ensures a quiet atmosphere, apart from the noise coming from the adjacent pub for young people. In summer it can get quite noisy there, which could be a bit annoying for sensitive ears. I can recommend the apartment for anyone looking for a central location and a friendly hostess!

Everything was perfect and Roberto was always available. It's worth the experience at his place.

We had a great time in Marco's house, who is an excellent host. It has everything you need to spend a few quiet days at the sea. Choose Marco's house with confidence.

Until now, there has never been a house like this in Europe. It's really the best house. However, it's a pity that the elevator is slow. Still, it's a really minimal disadvantage that it's a shame to cut the star rating. The host is really quick to answer, the house is so clean, and there is a washer and dryer. We decided to stay an extra day in the end. That's good. Lastly, when you go into the house and open the refrigerator, the host prepared the first time you see the water and champagne. It's awesome. I don't know how many Koreans will come here, but it's definitely a great place to stay, so be sure to come and take a break!! We enjoy Rome one more day and move on to Switzerland:)

I had a great stay at Giorgias “Terrazza sul Mare”. Communication with the host was very uncomplicated and friendly. I was allowed to do my check-out a little later. The sound of the sea and the hustle and bustle on the beach is a highlight. The accommodation is small, clean and simple but leaves nothing to be desired. Kitchen utensils, hot water and beach equipment are also available, even bicycles. By bike you can get to Anzio or Nettuno in about 10 minutes. There are many restaurants and bars for all budgets. An absolute recommendation from me. Top!

Valerio was an amazing host. Greeted us on check in and walked us through the apartment. Clean, new and spacious. Will definitely rebook on my return next year

The whole stay was wonderful, Sabina came to pick us up and drove us to her house. she was always there when we had questions about the area and gave us great recommendations. her house was well equiped. She even had beach Chairs, towels, umbrella and inflatables for the kids to use at the beach. her kitchen was well equiped. the house had everything we needed. couldn't have asked for more. Thank you so much Sabina.

Apartment perfectly matching the description presented. Great location, both for access to the sea and for the basic services, all accessible on foot within walking distance. Mrs. Loredana was always present and available for our every need. Great stay. The only downside may have been the music of the clubs below a little too loud until late at night on the weekend. Otherwise a very pleasant discovery.

Very nice accommodation, everything is available! Ideal if you come with a dog, an outdoor shower allowed us to rinse the sand from the beach which is just around the corner from the accommodation! Space to park if you come with your car! Very nice host and above all very responsive! If we have a chance, we will come back! Thanks again ☺️

Federica's apartment exceeded our expectations—it’s even better than it looks in the pictures! Modern, cozy, and impeccably clean, it was the perfect stay for us as a couple. Federica provided clear and precise instructions, making check-in seamless. The location was ideal for our work needs, and the garage and outdoor space were a great bonus, especially for our little dogs. I highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

Everything is perfect

Melanie was a great host: she was responsive and gave us clear directions. Upon arrival we found everything very tidy, clean, and instructions for using the hot tub. We really enjoyed the wine offered from their production. Great place to take a moment to relax. Recommended! We'll definitely be back!

If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind, then this is the perfect place. Straight on the beach in under a minute, great views, clean apartment, everything perfect from check-in to checkout. And the cherry on cake, your private jacuzzi.

Our family of three enjoyed our stay with Simonetta greatly. The flat was spotless, spacious, warm and well equipped. An excellent guide book provided details of things to do and where to eat. We cooked and enjoyed the kitchen and dining table and the warm showers. Anzio is rich with history from Roman's to WWII and our hosts were enthusiastic guides. We enjoyed Nuttuno's allied Beach landing commemoration at their suggestion - making many memories for our 12 year old son. While it was cold we did enjoy the beaches and can imagine this is a summer dream spot! We recommend a stay!
