Was a lovely place to stay for our layover in Rome.

Rosana seemed to be an acquaintance for years, very confident and gave us information maybe for the next visits since we stayed on New Year's Eve and everything was rightly closed... a few kilometers away is the magicland amusement park... she also made us find a beautiful bottle of sparkling red wine from home that unfortunately we forgot... 😂I highly recommend it

Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to stay in Ostia/outside of central Rome. Looks just like the pictures, and Nadia and her husband are very responsive and helpful. Good restaurants nearby and a short walk to the beach. It’s also easy to get into Rome on the train and metro. Overall a really great stay for me and two friends

Laura’s ‘Tiny House’ was perfect! I was looking for a cozy place at close proximity to the Rome airport (FCO - Fiumicino) and to the waterfront. Laura’s house was just right, and is fewer than 5 minutes from the airport. The house was very clean, secure, and has a nice veranda from which to relax. I’d definitely come back on my next trip to Rome. Ciao for niao, Laura!

Beautiful apartment, very clean and very livable. Quiet area and Great restaurant 150 meters away. For work I travel every week and airbnb is my first choice but there are rarely apartments like this. What else to say... I'll definitely be back.

The apartment was well located. Hated everything you need, nothing more and nothing less. Great view, if the weather hadn't been cold and rainy, we could have used the direct beach access. I can make that really nice in the skin season there. Rome is a 40-minute drive away 👌🏼

It's an ideal location for travelers using the nearby airport, with easy accessibility to Rome via bus and metro. We could effortlessly reach all of Rome's major attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a reliable, well-maintained, and conveniently located accommodation in Fiumicino!

Monia's place was beautiful, spotless, and a great place to relax after weeks of travelling. She is an excellent host who makes every effort to ensure a perfect stay! The place is exactly as advertised, with a beautiful balcony, comfy bed, and breakfast provided. I will be back!

The apartment is better than the photos. It is big, authentic and really interesting. There is no air conditioning, which can be a problem for some people during the summer. We left the windows opened and it was okay to sleep. It was easy to park the car nearby. It is located in a strategic place to visit Castel Gondolfo and other attractions by the lake. The apartment is in the center of Marino, so there are caffés, restaurants etc. in walking distance. Besides, there are many great restaurants in 5 minutes driving.

It was perfectly located for our stay and met and exceeded our expectations. Parking was also very easy. Lovely view of the beachfront as well as close proximity to station and therefor allowed good access to Rome. With Thanks!

We loved Massimiliano’s place. Its location near the train station was perfect for us, and we could easily walk to good restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. Massimiliano and his wife were very responsive and helpful. All around, it was a great stay!

I stayed in the apartment and the experience was excellent. The place is quiet, very clean and really nice, ideal for resting. From the beginning, the communication was clear: they explain very well how to get there, which makes it very easy to enter. In addition, the apartment is beautiful and cozy, just as seen in the photos. What I highlight is the attention of the hosts, always looking out for everything to be well and willing to help with whatever is needed. I would definitely recommend it and stay again.

Melanie was a great host: she was responsive and gave us clear directions. Upon arrival we found everything very tidy, clean, and instructions for using the hot tub. We really enjoyed the wine offered from their production. Great place to take a moment to relax. Recommended! We'll definitely be back!

Close to the convention center and airport. Also a mall with a hypermarket is located across the street. Well equipped everything you would need to feel comfortable.
