Great little bnb. A little far from the city center of Rome, but that wasn’t on the host. Great area near the beach. Many restaurants and things to do around the area. Huge patio!

Amazing location and place in Ostia! Walkable to beach and train station. The terrace was wonderful for our family is 6. My kids loved the bunk beds and the 2 bathrooms were so helpful.

What a beautiful apartment. It was quiet, very spacious, and absolutely lovely. The kitchen was the best we had on our trip, so much so that we cooked in it a few times while we were there. The location was perfect with both private and public beach access within 3 minutes walk. We would absolutely stay here again. What a wonderful way to spend the last few days of our vacation.

We had a great stay in Ostia. Sergio gave us a warm and friendly welcome and was very helpful throughout our visit. The flat was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Location is perfect — just a short walk to restaurants, the beach, and other local spots.

We had a short but great stay. The instructions and info around the apartment were incredibly detailed and useful. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful and the apartment is designed so logically for its purpose. I cannot overstate how remarkably clean the place was also. The cleanest Airbnb we have ever been to and we use Airbnb a tonne. Communication was faultless before and throughout our stay.

Great location with views of the boardwalk and ocean. Peaceful spot to stay and Luca was a great host! Bed was very comfortable and the balcony was a great spot to sit and have a meal and enjoy a drink. 10/10 would recommend and we would absolutely look to stay here again if (when) we come back to Ostia.

Giorgio was very kind and welcoming. The apartment was just as described and had everything you needed. The big patio with the view of the sea made this apartment so unique and relaxing. There are restaurants within walking distance and the beach is just 2 sets of stairs away.

Our experience at this apartment was truly exceptional. The location on Piazza Anco Marzio is unbeatable—just 150 meters from the sea and right in the heart of the pedestrian area, filled with charming restaurants, cafes, and shops. The apartment is bright, beautifully decorated, and clearly renovated with care. We especially loved the terrace, which was perfect for relaxing any time of day! The space had a modern, clean aesthetic with thoughtful touches throughout, including striking black and white travel photography. The modern bathroom was a great bonus! Christian went above and beyond, providing a generous walk-thru and welcome kit that made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Every detail exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

The best Airbnb experience for us so far! Marco helped me prepare for a marriage proposal, which I really appreciated. Upon our arrival, we asked about good restaurants, and he gave us a quick tour of the area, sharing his insider tips(amazing food!). He was an very friendly host with a beautiful apartment. we can only recommend it to you!

Giorgia and her family saved the day a number of times during our visit. It started with me causing the elevator to temporarily jam, but she summoned help to get our luggage upstairs. I just needed to remember the inside doors AND the outside door of the elevator both need to be closed! Later in the week, the metro system closed early for weekend repairs and we were stuck in another stop where she guided us how to find a taxi very late in the evening. Her restaurant references were also spot-on! The apartment is impeccably clean and appears recently renovated. It was just perfect to wake up in the morning to see the view of the Mediterranean JUST AS THE PICTURE SHOWS! We really appreciate finding this wonderful home with a host whose personality matches the setting! We had a lovely stay at Andrea‘s apartment. Andrea was very welcoming and brought us to the apartment. The apartment is absolutely lovely, a place that immediately feels like home. We could always reach Andrea whenever we had questions, he even showed us around the area, the best stay in Italy so far! We would love to come back to this place. <3

Me and my daughters enjoyed our stay at Fabio‘s. The place was perfect cute very clean and most of all safe. The balcony was amazing. The views were spectacular. It was located right next to a gelato shop, which is a plus. I can’t say anything negative about this place. I would love to come back.
