Waterfront vacation rentals in Nettuno

We had a great time at Maria's and everything was good. The roof terrace with sea view was the highlight of the apartment. The best thing about the area was definitely the miles of sandy beach and the beautiful stretch of coastline.

We spent an amazing week in Torvaianica during this holiday season, and couldn't be more satisfied with the experience! Although out of the bathing season, the site proved to be a true haven of peace in winter. The extensive sandy area offers quiet walks and moments of contemplation, especially at sunset. Simply stunning! We would also like to highlight the exceptional care and attention on the part of the lessee. Since the time of arrival, I have felt truly welcomed. The house was impeccably clean, heated and prepared with all the details designed for our comfort. There were even welcome treats, such as appetizers, sweets, compote, tea, coffee, etc., and local suggestions for meals. There was nothing missing, and all the care shown has made this our experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend to those looking for tranquility, beauty and a personal touch at the reception!

Mrs. Marcella was very kind, helpful and hospitable. Impeccable hospitality, we felt like we were at home. The house was clean, tidy and exquisitely furnished. Excellent services and amenities. She also recommended attractions and places to visit. Our stay was short but I highly recommend it. If possible, we'll be happy to come back.

the owners, Sylvia, and her husband, were very pleasant and provided us with excellent support. We arrived late in the evening at 11 p.m., and they came to pick us up from the train station. Lovely villa. Hosts were very responsive. The garden is amazing and overlooks the sea. There is a lovely place to sit on the private path to the beach. There are a number of steps to the beach which are very well maintained with hand rail. Beach had very shallow slope into sea so very safe for playing and swimming. Supermarket short walk away with lovely breads and fruit.

I would highly recommend this place. Very stylish & my family had a great time. We loved the balconies; one over the street & the other over a beautiful private courtyard. My family had to change their plans at the last minute due to the rail strike & Fraceco went out of his way to make the apartment available. Did I mention the beach? simply incredible 😲

Such an interesting, beautiful apartment. The view every day was magical, sunrise and sunset were breathtaking. Plenty of clean bedding and towels for the beach. We walked into the town centre a few times, and drove a few. So much life, colour and music, from live bands to food markets. People watching was great and so many restaurants to choose from. Drove into Nettuno a couple of times and that was great for clothes shopping. Got the train to Rome, easy and straightforward. Would definitely come back, thank you so much.

Vittorio was very welcoming from the very beginning with great, clear and proactive communications. The house was very clean and matched the description. We (2 adults, 2 small children) had a super time, especially enjoying the beach so close by (~5min walk) and Rome only an hour by car. Would highly recommend!

Davide's house is a little gem just steps from the sea. Tastefully furnished, functional, and comfortable. Ideal for a few days of relaxation, with the hot tub as a plus. Kitchen provided, great breakfast, with plenty of fresh milk in the fridge. Nice attention to detail, which is nice to find. Thank you. See you soon.

Recently renovated and very clean house and very proactive host, a 5-minute walk from the beach and convenient to all catering and logistics services, a 10-minute walk from the railway station.

we liked it from the first glance, we even entered an hour and a half in advance. Friendly and very kind concierge service. the view as soon as you enter is beautiful, it almost seems like you're on a cruise. The apartment is perfect for spending relaxing days and for reaching the beach without the usual hassle of getting around. Host always available even in August. We hope to be back soon. a big hello to Daryl and Giorgio. 😃

The place as described . Very easy to reach Rome by bus . Beach is just 5 mins walk. Roberto is always very responsive with clear information . Worth the sea view stay . The place is thoughtfully decorated with paintings .

We stayed for two nights at Sara's place but wished that we could have stayed longer. The description and the pictures are accurate. Communication with Sara was very easy and she always responded fast. Tania and Davide greeted us for the check-in and explained everything to us. I would definitely recommend this place.

We had a fantastic week in Marechiaro at Kinga Orsolya's apartment! Right outside our apartment we had a pool and a sun bathing area, the beach with beautiful clear seawater was literally down the street, there was a minimarket with everything you need a 7 minute walk away from the apartment and several good restaurants that our host informed us of. Rome is a train ride (of an hour) away from the apartment and if you take the train to the other direction you have a lovely little town called Nettuno just 10 minutes away. Nettuno is filled with cafes, shopping and a beautiful harbor so it is worth a visit. We found the people in Anzio to be very friendly and helpful and our guide really went above and beyond to make our stay at their apartment a good one! We will for sure return to Anzio Marechiaro and absolutely to this host that we highly recomend!
