We were totally happy with our stay at Stefano's and Lucia's appartment. The checkin was easy via key box (and Stefano's instructions), the appartment super cozy (+the beds were comfortable) and everything in Anzio can be reached via walking (although it's roughly 15 min to the city core / the beach). We stayed in March in enjoyed the sunny terrace and the proximity to the sea. Will be happy, to visit again! :)

Una casa bellissima in un contesto tranquillo, vicino ai servizi, a qualche minuto di macchina dal mare e dalla stazione del treno. Le stanze sono spaziose e funzionali, la pulizia impeccabile e si è immersi nel verde. Francesca e la sua famiglia sono stati discreti e presenti, aiutandoci in tutte le fasi del soggiorno e dimostrando la massima disponibilità. Speriamo di tornare presto e lo consigliamo vivamente!

Sehr geräumig, simpel eingerichtet und gerade renoviert. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Zu Fuß war alles in kurzer Zeit erreichbar und Andrea hat immer schnell geantwortet. Super um den Sommer ausklingen zu lassen. :)

Das Appartment entsprach genau den Fotos und war sehr einladend. Die Tochter der Gastgeberin war besorgt und sehr freundlich. Die zentrale Lage ist perfekt, um die Stadt zu Fuss zu erkunden – alles ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und verfügt über alle notwendigen Utensilien, die man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Fenster sind gut isoliert, was für eine ruhige Atmosphäre sorgt, abgesehen von den Geräuschen, die vom angrenzenden Pub für junge Menschen kommen. Im Sommer kann es dort recht laut werden, was für empfindliche Ohren etwas störend sein könnte. ich kann das Appartment für alle empfehlen, die eine zentrale Lage und eine freundliche Gastgeberin suchen!

Ne-am simtit foarte bine in casa lui Marco, care este o gazda excelenta. Are tot ceea ce ai nevoie pentru a petrece cateva zile linistite la mare. Alegeti cu incredere casa lui Marco.

Alloggio stupendo, di gran gusto e pulitissimo. Ambienti climatizzati in tutta autonomia. Posizione eccezionale in zona residenziale in pieno centro, posto auto praticamente sotto casa. Il proprietario è disponibilissimo, sempre raggiungibile, sempre pronto a rispondere ai messaggi. Istruzioni chiarissime addirittura spiegate con un video. Che volere di più? Ritornare nello stesso alloggio…come essere ospitati da un amico 🌼

I had a great stay at Giorgias “Terrazza sul Mare”. Communication with the host was very uncomplicated and friendly. I was allowed to do my check-out a little later. The sound of the sea and the hustle and bustle on the beach is a highlight. The accommodation is small, clean and simple but leaves nothing to be desired. Kitchen utensils, hot water and beach equipment are also available, even bicycles. By bike you can get to Anzio or Nettuno in about 10 minutes. There are many restaurants and bars for all budgets. An absolute recommendation from me. Top!

Valerio è stato un ottimo host: gentile, paziente ed estremamente rapido nelle risposte. Ha gestito personalmente il check in nel suo appartamento, accogliendoci con grandi sorrisi e disponibilità, anche nella fase di check out. Gli spazi della casa sono ampi e confortevoli. Grazie ancora Valerio!

O locatie in care m-as intoarce cu drag! Este singurul Airbnb in care a trebuit sa-mi iau doar mancare pentru ca avea totul necesar.Casa este situata in centru,este liniste,langa mare si are o atmosfera calda si primitoare,foarte curata si utilata cu absolut totul,poate chiar mai mult. Gazda este de nota 2000,foarte prietenoasa si raspunde rapid daca ai vreo nelamurire.Este locul potrivit pentru tine si familia ta. Recomand cu drag!Cu siguranta o sa revin la aceeasi cazare ori de cate ori voi veni in vacanta!

Appartamento perfettamente rispondente alla descrizione presentata. Ottima posizione, sia per l’accesso al mare che per i servizi di prima necessità, tutti accessibili a piedi a breve distanza. La Sign.ra Loredana è stata sempre presente e disponibile ad ogni nostra necessità. Ottimo soggiorno. L’unica pecca forse è stata la musica dei locali sottostanti un po’ troppo alta fino a tarda notte nel weekend. Per il resto una piacevolissima scoperta.

Logement très agréable, tout est à disposition ! Idéal si vous venez avec un chien, une douche extérieure nous a permis de rincer le sable de la plage qui se trouve à deux pas du logement ! De la place pour se garer si vous venez avec votre voiture ! Hôte très agréable et surtout très réactif ! Si l’occasion se représente nous reviendront ! Merci encore ☺️

Federica's apartment exceeded our expectations—it’s even better than it looks in the pictures! Modern, cozy, and impeccably clean, it was the perfect stay for us as a couple. Federica provided clear and precise instructions, making check-in seamless. The location was ideal for our work needs, and the garage and outdoor space were a great bonus, especially for our little dogs. I highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

Un soggiorno breve ma superlativo!L'appartamento tutto nuovo, ordine e pulizia top, non ci è mancato nulla, neppure piccole coccole da parte dell'host (taralli, acqua, coca cola) che ci ha accolto con un enorme sorriso, un valore aggiunto da non dare per scontato! In 5 siamo state comodissime, non ci è mancato davvero nulla, anche i consigli su dove mangiare sono stati azzeccati!Luana persona dolce, attenta e presente in ogni momento.E'stato bello sentirla con noi anche se non presente.Non possiamo che dirle grazie e consigliarla per soggiornare a Velletri.Grazie Luana!❤

Very nice place

Melanie è stata una host impeccabile: è stata reattiva e ci ha dato indicazioni chiare. All’arrivo abbiamo trovato tutto molto in ordine, pulito, e le istruzioni per utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo il vino offerto di loro produzione. Ottima struttura per prendersi un momento di relax. Consigliato! Noi ci torneremo sicuramente!

Äuserlich nicht besonders schön und in einer uninteresanten Vorstattlage aber , innen , sehr schön gestaltet . Tolles Zimmer . Super Frühstück! Empfehlenwert !

If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind, then this is the perfect place. Straight on the beach in under a minute, great views, clean apartment, everything perfect from check-in to checkout. And the cherry on cake, your private jacuzzi.

Our family of three enjoyed our stay with Simonetta greatly. The flat was spotless, spacious, warm and well equipped. An excellent guide book provided details of things to do and where to eat. We cooked and enjoyed the kitchen and dining table and the warm showers. Anzio is rich with history from Roman's to WWII and our hosts were enthusiastic guides. We enjoyed Nuttuno's allied Beach landing commemoration at their suggestion - making many memories for our 12 year old son. While it was cold we did enjoy the beaches and can imagine this is a summer dream spot! We recommend a stay!
