Villa with independent entrance; on the ground floor the double living room, the kitchen, the large bathroom with shower and the spacious veranda connected with the kitchen and the garden equipped and for exclusive use. On the first floor there is a double and a twin room, both with balcony, and a bathroom with bathtub. On request there is a cot and/or cot for the double bedroom and a fifth openable bed in the living room. Parking is easy and free in the street in front.

Inside the house there are all the comforts(oven and electric stove, washing machine, air conditioning 12btu both in the kitchen/living room and in the bedroom and two TVs). In the back of the house there is an external staircase to access the terrace. It's a good idea to have a car.
