Townhome vacation rentals in Netherlands

Es war unsere erste Nutzung von Airbnb. Für uns war es der perfekte Kurzurlaub in Familie. Johan hat uns schon erwartet und sehr freundlich begrüßt und das Haus gezeigt. Die Unterkunft hat sehr gut gefallen, insbesondere das Wohnzimmer mit dem Wintergarten und draußen die zwei kleinen Gartentische mit den Stühlen sowie der Steg am Wasser mit dem Sitzsack zum relaxen. Die Küche war mit zwei Kaffeeautomaten und gut ausreichenden hübschen Geschirr sowie allen notwendigen Utensil ausgestattet. In der 1. Etage waren das schicke Badezimmer und die ruhigen Schlafräume. Auch 2 Fahrräder von Johan haben wir genutzt, zwei weitere Räder haben wir von den ganz netten und hilfsbereiten Nachbarn geliehen. Im Verleih war alles ausgebucht… Unser Gastgeber Johan war für uns immer zeitnah erreichbar, hat uns sehr gute Tipps für die Sehenswürdigkeiten und zum Essen gehen gegeben. Kurzum: wir haben sehr wohl gefühlt, würden gern wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Charming house in a lovely neighborhood, equipped with everything we needed and lots of space (indispensable if travelling with two teenagers). We very much enjoyed the tastefully decorated kitchen/ living area. The communication was great throughout, Vincent and Michiel were very friendly and helpful and gave us plenty of advices what to do and where to go. We had a great time touring the area and the house was the perfect base for discovering Rotterdam (the city center is just a 15 minute bike ride away) and many other places in beautiful Zuid-Holland.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in dem schönen Häuschen und im Aquadelta-Park. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, und so wird gerade auch mit Kindern die Reise sehr entspannend. Von der Unterkunft aus kann man viele verschieden Ausflüge machen und wenn man einfach mal nur faulenzen will, bietet der Park selbst allerlei Annehmlichkeiten und Unterhaltung. Axel hat sich super um uns gekümmert wir kommen gerne wieder.

Toller Urlaub in sehr gemütlichem und geräumigen Haus! Charmant eingerichtet und bequeme Betten. Schöner Gartensitzplatz. Strand und Stadt mit Fahrrädern super erreichbar und Busstation um die Ecke. Ruhig, wenn man mal von den Möwen absieht…;-). Pieteke war jederzeit sofort erreichbar und hat sich auch aktiv immer wieder nach uns erkundigt. Super WLAN für unsere Teenager! Vielen Dank, Piteke! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison d'Elien et Franck, qui est parfaite pour une famille avec 3 enfants. La maison est très joliment décorée et confortable, on s'y sent comme chez soi! La communication a été très facile même si nous n'avons pas rencontré nos hôtes, tout était très bien expliqué et des douceurs nous attendaient à l'arrivée, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous avions fait le choix de tout faire à pied et le trajet vers l'embarcadère est un peu long (20 mn à pieds) mais en vélo ce doit être plus court. Le trajet en ferry gratuit vers la gare centrale est facile et amusant (un départ toutes les 15 mn pour une traversée de moins de 15 mn). Nous recommandons donc vivement!

This was a perfect house to visit Utrecht. Quiet area and a 5 min walk to be in the centre of town. Tons and Peter were lovely hosts. Great communication and they met us to show us round the house. We loved sitting on the balcony and in the little garden. Utrecht was hot but the house remained cool as it’s surrounded by gardens and trees which was a delight.

Middelburg hat uns supergut gefallen. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten Radtouren in alle Himmelsrichtungen unternehmen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen, sodass wir jeden Tag auf der schönen Einkaufsstraße ein paar Läden durchstöbert oder etwas gegessen haben. Unsere Räder konnten wir auf dem Balkon abstellen. Der kostenlose öffentliche Parkplatz ist ca. 300 Meter vom Haus entfernt. Das Haus hat Charm und ist für einen Kurztrip ausreichend. Gäste mit hohen Komfortansprüchen sollten sich aber darauf einstellen, dass es etwas rustikaler zugeht. Wichtig zu wissen, es gibt keine Spülmaschine. Ansonsten haben wir nichts vermisst.

Beautiful home, near all amenities for restaurants, groceries, bakery, and public transportation to explore the city. Lucas was quick to respond to all messages, helpful with tips for things to see in the city and assisted with check in to work around plane arrival time!

Yvette’s property was modern and very stylish, in an ideal location for walking to local restaurants and the lake. The town was conveniently situated for exploring Rotterdam, The Hague, Amsterdam and the beautiful flowers at Keukenhof. As we had bought our own bikes it was particularly useful to have a secure place to store them. Yvette was a fabulous host, she was very welcoming and proactive in ensuring we had access to all the information we could need. We would certainly stay here again and would recommend to friends travelling in this area. If you are a park runner you need to know that a “Z” is within walking distance!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche im Herzen von Utrecht, komfortabel in einem historischen Schmuckstück. Der Gastgeber hat sich sichtbar Mühe gemacht und wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt.

Sehr zu empfehlen! Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und perfekt um für ein paar Tage abzuschalten.

We spent nearly half a year in Franz's house, which is a very good memory! As three students, we are very grateful to Franz and his husband for their kindness and support. They always solved our problems in a timely manner, were patient and meticulous, and even gave us a small gift at the end of the check-out, which made us feel very warm. The house is very suitable to live in, not only is it close to the supermarket, it is very convenient for shopping, it has a beautiful garden, besides, the community is very safe and we can live in peace of mind, everything here makes us feel comfortable and convenient. Many thanks to Franz and his husband for their care, we will certainly miss this wonderful time, and hope to have the opportunity to stay again! Highly recommended for all friends who need to stay long term!

Très bon séjour à La Haye dans une maison pratique et confortable, dans un quartier calme et proche du tram (jolie petite balade pour y arriver), bien adaptée pour un séjour réunissant plusieurs générations (dès lors que personne n'est réticent aux escaliers néerlandais : la maison a deux étages). Attention au fait qu'une des chambres ne convient pas à un enfant de plus de 5 ans environ (très petite avec un très petit lit, impossible à agrandir ou à amenager autrement). A part ce petit bémol, nous avons trouvé tout ce qu'il nous fallait et Bernard est un hôte réactif avec qui la communication est sympathique et efficace, qui cherche des solutions (merci Bernard de nous avoir aidés pour la voiture). Je recommande !

Martine ist eine sehr freundliche, entgegenkommende und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Ihr Haus ist toll, hell, sehr schön dekoriert, sehr gut ausgestattet, tolle Pflanzen - wirklich etwas Besonderes! Vier der Betten sind sehr bequem und breit, die Bäder sind prima. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr angenehmen und ruhigen Gegend, trotzdem in Laufnähe zum historischen Zentrum. Ältere Personen sollten wissen, dass die Treppen im Haus anspruchsvoll sind, was in Holland völlig normal ist; eines der Betten ist ein Hochbett, das mehr für Jüngere geeignet ist. Dafür ist das Sofa durchaus bequem. Wir waren fünf Freundinnen über 60 und haben den Aufenthalt in dem schönen Haus und Garten wirklich sehr genossen!! Vielen Dank Martine :)

I had an amazing stay at Jan Paul’s place! The wharf house is even more lovely than the photos. I felt right at home and didn't want to leave. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay in Utrecht!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und haben uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Tolle Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel direkt vor der Türe und ein schöner kleiner Garten hinter dem Haus. 😊🌷

Marie's place was outstanding and we had a great stay. It is super quiet and comfy, shops with everything you need nearby, calm yet close to the center. Would love to come again!

Heel fijn verblijf! Op voorhand kregen we reeds goede instructies ivm parkeren en entree van het huisje. Het huisje was erg goed verzorgd, goed voorzien in keuken- en badkamergerief. Ook de gezelschapsspelletjes waren een gezellige toevoeging.

Am petrecut un weekend in casa JB împreună cu logodnicul meu, ne-am simțit foarte bine, locul e curat și primitor, in privința confortului, casa îți pune la dispoziție toate facilitățile pentru a te simți cat mai confortabil. Nota 10, cu siguranță vom reveni ! 😊

Grande et jolie maison toute en hauteur, agréable et bien équipée, dans un quartier calme un peu excentré ( mais Centre ville facile en bus). Nils est très réactif, très plaisant, et ses explications sont claires et précises.
