Monthly Rentals in Nether Poppleton

Jon's home was a great find. Myself, husband and Father in law had a great stay, super comfortable. Everything you needed was there. Fully equipped kitchen. The Coffee machine was an extra bonus to have. The centre is walkable about 25 minutes , however because we walked so much during the day we always got a bus outside Joseph Rowntree Theatre( this bus stop more buses came more regularly) coming home most evenings we got a taxi which was only about £8 for 3 of us. Jon from start to finish was always very responsive to messages. His instructions were perfect and clear to follow. I'll definitely be visiting York again and I really hope Jon's place is available. Thanks again for everything Jon.

Wow! What a fabulous stay. We so enjoyed having accommodation to suit our family group and enable us to attend the wedding at the Woodstock wedding venue. Absolutely brilliant! Can’t say thank you enough!

A long awaited break and worth every minute. Quiet, pet friendly, walks from the site available, so for a short break, plenty to do in the area without having to go far.

If we could give Decca Cottage 6 or more stars, we would. We have stayed in 70 Air Bnbs and this has to be in our top 5. It is in a beautiful, peaceful location, yet close to York. The cottage is very well appointed; downstairs is a large kitchen with everything you'd need, a second powder room and a very cosy loungeroom with lovely decor, views and underfloor heating. Upstairs is the bedroom and ensuite. Both were pristine; lovely linen made for a wonderful 3 nights' sleep. We had a very relaxing time at Decca Cottage, spoilt by the goodies left by Debbie. Poppleton Park and Ride is close by and so convenient to get into York. Thanks again Debbie and Kevin for making our stay so enjoyable. We would highly recommend Decca Cottage!
