Absolutely perfect for our group of 2 kids, 3 adults, and 1 small dog. Lovely ocean views from the front room, just a quick minute or so walk to the beach. Everything was sparkly clean inside. We used the kitchen a lot to prepare our meals and it had everything we needed.

We have stayed at rentals around the world, and Tina’s place was one of the best. Great location and great views just like the pictures, but the thing that stood out was how well appointed the home was. It truly felt like you were in your own home while also on vacation. Tina was a responsive host, extremely friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this location!!!

We loved how close it was to the bay and the beach. The IGA grocery store one block away. Along with the Glass store and restaurants. We saw seals, Bald eagles, and a large flock of seagulls. Our walk along the ocean beach was unique in that you can walk out to the mouth of the river. We had a fire on the beach and watched the sun set. Would definitely love to come back to this lovely condo and stay longer. Great value.

Our family had so much fun staying here. Katie was extremely friendly and responsive. The house was family friendly & let in lots of natural light. It was close to the beach, bowling, the Tillamook Creamery. The private hot tub was loved by all. Would recommend.

Thank you Robert for hosting us. Such a clean room, easy check in, and beautiful views. Perfect place to visit with a family as you have everything you need in your room for an easy vacation with kids (kitchen, laundry, more then one bathroom, site has nice walking path and basketball court, and the 3 pools are a huge plus). The perfect spot for our spring break getaway. The ocean views from the main floor and deck are unbeatable. House is equipped with plenty of games, DVD's and all the amenities you need. Just down the road, there is a path down to the beach. Literally the only thing missing was a can opener, but we were able to make do! Can't recommend this place enough.

Chris & John’s place was beyond our expectations. We loved every day we spent there and had us constantly considering moving here 😄. Chris was very helpful and responsive and we had no issue with the home. Great restaurants and things to do in Tillamook. We spent every morning on the front porch and the garden was beautiful. Can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you!

The hot tub water was very dirty when we arrived- chemicals smelled off and the water was greenish grey. However, once we told Bonnie, she had a guy there to change the water and sanitize it within an hour, so not dinging her ratings for that. Water was crystal clear/smelled great after cleaning/changing it. Everything else was great- plenty of things for the kids to do, quiet area, fenced in backyard, and very close to Pacific City.
